What do you like best about the product?
SOCi helps us make sure we can see in real time how our customers view our work and products. It allows honest feedback and timely feedback so we can help our customers as quickly as possible
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been okay so far. Sometimes the computer doesn't always allow me to log in and I have to wait to gain access even though I can see the review directly from my email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi keeps customer complaints to a minimum because we're able to fix the issue as soon as they bring it to our attention making us the most requested store in the area.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easily navigable in terms of looking at all the customer reviews. We get to see reviews in other stores and learn from their mistakes or best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not easy to login to and sometime the system won't recognize my login and password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing the bad experiences from other customers and informing my team so they don't make the same mistakes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy to read the entire website is when I log in to check our reviews on multiple platforms. Definitely recommend.

Sometimes the auto fill responses can read kinda wonky

What do you like best about the product?
I love the how easy it is to reply to all reviews in a matter of seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that I do not get email alerts when there is a new review but I am not sure if that is something that I need to opt in.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and track customer reviews. Easy to understand format. Simple to respond and keep our guests informed and appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many tabs which don't apply directly to the responder. Review responses take too long to get approved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Responding to reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi is a one stop shop, there is no need to log in to various social media sites to upload content or respond to reviews. It also has some great information that will help you engage your audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any major downsides to Soci. I think it would be beneficial to receive updates about changes and enhancements to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making social media managment a snap that can be done by anyone on the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci provides most everything we are looking for in a platform that makes social media and marketing needs easy and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of notification when there is an error or glitch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the ability to schedule out social media and local posts all in one spot. It also makes local listing updates quick and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi places reviews from several different sites including facebook and Google in one place. It makes it easy to respond to reviews and see what the public we interact with thinks of our location.
What do you dislike about the product?
The site navigation can be confusing at times with so many locations, but once you get to know the platform it can be navigated. The only way to make it simpler would be to dumb it down, but I'm not sure that's possible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filters customer reviews from around the web and places them all on platform that we can respond to through the one website. It's helped locations stay on top of customer reviews.
