Soci is wonderful and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Soci is userfriendly, and also offers their customers with the most up to date trends. It is a highly used product in our property. Soci offers wonderful visuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that soci does, that I dislike. There are some things that would be nice to integrate such as a Canva option to connect to the social calandar for resident events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is nothing to report. It is a wonderful product to use. There are some things in Marketing that could be improved on, such as linking options to canva or poster my wall. I am happy using this product, and recomend it to anyone who is either new in marking online or experienced.
SOCi is easy to navigate and use
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is excellent for scheduling posts in advance on multiple platforms like Facebook business pages, Instagram, Twitter and Google Business. When I had trouble connecting to my Instagram, the technical support responded in less than 24 hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
The links to various platforms need to be re-linked often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is assisting me with scheduling my social media content on multiple platforms in advance.
Great site and easy to navigate

SOCi is easy to navigate around and is a great way to get in touch with our residents better and connect with our community!

SOCi is great. There's a few flaws here and there but other than that is very easy to navigate and use

The ability to prepare posts in advance and relax, knowing they will post at the appropriate time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not excited about the posts done by parent company and not knowing they are there.

Marketing planning and execution
SOCi, the ad helper for us!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule our ads ahead of time, is a great time saver in a busy world. The ease of the use of the site, is also, so very helpful and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time I cannot think of any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The scheduling ahead of time for upcoming events or promotions, is the biggest benefit.
Makes creating, monitoring, and tracking your social media efforts easy.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to post, easy to track, great metrics and reporting capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I respond to a post through Facebook rather than through Soci, it doesn't always recognize it and shows that I haven't responded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It just combines everything into one application. No need to manage multiple platforms separately. One place to do everything.
I love this platform.

I have to review over 60 social postings and SOCi helps make's my life easier, by being able to review them all in one place vs going to each social page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish posting through IG in SOCi had all the capabilities as if you were posting directly on IG.

They actually do well at solving our issues.
Easy to Navigate Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The SOCi platform is user-friendly and easily navigated! It is going to be our one-stop solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
We currently only use SOCi for listings. We had difficulty bulk uploading after implementation as the process wasn't super clear. However, the SOCi team worked to solve the issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is so nice to update information in one platform and have it pushed to multiple. It solved the problem of having multiple sources of "truth" about each location.
SOCI Makes Monitoring Social Media easy and Succint
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule and monitor posts to all of my Social Media platforms on one site. It monitors the impressions that each platform receives and I can make edits for all posts in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been very happy with SOCI and have nit found anything I do not like as of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI has helped us get out business name out to our local market through social media posts.
Ease of usage
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to link social media accounts and make future posts for days and times you prefer. You can update posts, and add or delete posts quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes posts aren't accepted by the platform they are to post to. Either you need to reconnect, or it's just a platform issue. Posts don't get retried, either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is saving our company time by allowing us to post on multiple platforms at once.
