Great service
What do you like best about the product?
I like the professionalism in the post on social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything I dislike about Soci. I like all the services they provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting on Social media so that we can complete other tasks.
Great Social Media Help
What do you like best about the product?
Soci helps me keep up to date on my social media and make sure I am keeping appearance and my name out there in the market!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish there was some different formats to upload to social media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is helping me pre plan all of my social media advertising! It is hard to remember to go on every day and post so the scheduled posts help!
Soci is very easy to use and navigate.
What do you like best about the product?
I can schedule posts months in advance and access canva through the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a little glitchy, but I have not had any major issues.

Communication to our residents and letting prospects see events we do on our property
Great for Multiple Calendars
What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCi every day for the majority of my work day. It is great for managing multiple calendars and being able to see and reply to comments all in one space. It helps keep engagement up without having to file through Facebook and Instagram. There have been improvements to the platform and it is generally easy to use and easy to see that if there is a connection issue or something gets disconnected, it is fairly obvious.
Being able to manage Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, X (Twitter), Google My Business, and other platforms in one spot is super great.
The approval gateway is also an amazing feature, clients can use it with little to no teaching and it can be whitelabled.
Once you have all the proper admin rights to social sites, implementation is really easy and fast.
Customer Support is generally responsive and will at least address that there is an issue and follows up.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes social sites get disconnected and posts don't go through. Not being able to tag locations in posts. Not being able to upload videos and photos in one post even though the social sites allow it is a bit of a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving the problem of being able to monitor multiple pages in one place and responding as well. Also allowing a clear response between us and clients on calendars and posts we are creating for the posts.
Easy to use, great for marketing
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling tool is simple, but creates the ability for you to see what & when you post on social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no ability for SOCi to attach to a Facebook profile, and only allows a Facebook page. Facebook profiles are where most of my friends are and I have to constantly reshare my Facebook posts from my page to my profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not reported any issues with my use.
IT'S A GREAT SYSTEM
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is so fantastic! I love that I can auto schedule posts, add my own content, and photos, and post to multiple sites at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish SOCi had more content to choose from when creating my posts.

advertising for my business. It takes a lot of time off my plate when I have to do all the media for social sites individually. My business gets more attention.
SOCi makes my Digital Life Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love scheduling posts in advance for 4 business locations. It's user friendly and efficient and streamlines our online/social activities. It's the best platform I've used. Ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have experienced zero downside to the SOCi platform. I can do everything I want to in a timely, expedient fashion. I don't see any improvements needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to schedule many social posts for 4 business locations across several social platforms like Facebook, Google, and Instagram. I don't need to post daily or individually, but can schedule future posts all in one sitting.
Convenient platform but needs some technological advancements
What do you like best about the product?
I like that they have a calendar and messagin tools in one place so you can manage social media from outside of each platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few bugs like not being able to see DM's that come in. If these get fixed, SOCi would be a very competitive platform with all of its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to effectively schedule posts far in advance to facebook and instagram which help us since we manage over 50 different accounts and need to be ready ahead of time. It also will help us with sending reports of our social media efforts to clients. I love the approval tool also.
Multi-tasking done all in one spot!
What do you like best about the product?
It's a "one stop shop" for all of our social media platforms!
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating between the group and the location to pull insights and reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to gauge what age groups and programs draw the most interest and can plan our yearly programs around this!
Convenience and creativity at your fingertips!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can see your overall master plan for the month and can easily make edits to the posts and schedule. I also love how it incorporates apps such as Canva for easy use! Soci allows you to take your ideas and give you all the tools to maximize them!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more free options on the clip art :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci saves a lot of time making multiple posts between social media accounts. I do not have to switch between accounts and it saves me a lot of time being able to access all the tools I need to make a post and edit a post or its scheduled post.
