What do you like best about the product?
I am able to plan out my posts way in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found any dislikes yet. Everything I've utilized works great right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am unaware of any issues that they are solving that effect myself or my utilization of the services.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can respond to reviews all in one place. SOCi helps me keep track of all new reviews and also has great reporting for common issues experienced within our company!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes for the SOCi system. Every feature on the program I have used has been seemingly easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi has been solving the issue of keeping track of all of our reviews in one place. This makes sure that we do not miss any negative reviews and respond to all Google & Yelp reviews in a timely manner.

SoCi Makes Management Easy

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to manage social media posts by our on-site teams, and the ease of the approval system within the platform. SoCi is optimal at mitigating and scheduling posts, and get ahead of social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a place to easily access templates for on-site teams and corporate marketing to share between each other. I know there is a library, but it is only helpful to a certain extent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SoCi really takes all the guesswork out of what our site teams are posting weekly, and really helps manage all these posts. We are a larger company, and having to manage these multiple social media platforms can get overwhelming. SoCi brings it all together.

Fantastic support - easy to use tool

What do you like best about the product?
The support always answers quickly and it seems likely they genuinely care and dig into any complicated Google issues that come up. The software tools work amazingly well, better than previous providers we've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far that stands out. We've been using them for 4 months now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have allowed us to streamline our local listings management and have made replying to our customer's reviews very easy to manage and handle. We have one employee answering over 100 client's reviews on a regular basis and it only takes her a few hours to do so.

It is a good way to engage my residents.

I am not a marketing genius and don't enjoy trying to find content that will interest my audience.

Good resource for dealers

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is great for helping fill holes in our social media content calendar. The content is obviously super good and professional, which shows the customers that the dealership didn't shoot it, but I think they expect that to a level since we just sell the cars.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the professional grade content is great, I wish there was some more raw content from shoots. Behind the scenes stuff, test drive, etc. Fans love to see that and we don't have the man power to do videos to the degree the manufacturer does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us fill holes in our content calendar which is really nice and if we need product launch videos/photos/etc. we can easily find them instead of having to hunt them down.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate our bi-weekly cadence calls with the SOCi team the most. It allows us to check in periodically to ensure the platform is working as intended and that any questions or difficulties we may be having are addressed and resolved. Their teams are always very attentive and informative when we reach out to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the content calendar could be updated. It's very straight forward, but sometimes features are hard to find and utilize unless you're very comfortable with the platform. SOCi University helps a lot with understanding htese features, of course, but sometimes features aren't in the most intuitive places. Also, I'd appreciate seeing a preview of what the post will look like on the platform it's scheduled for prior to publishing. That way, I would know whether photos and their dimensions need to be edited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to monitor our listings across our online platforms (Google Business, various social media channels, etc.) all in one convenient portal. We don't have to jump between websites and platforms in order to synchronize data/information about our business. It streamlines this process and keeps our listings accurate and consistent.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to update all platforms and once and schedule posts out in a convinient way!
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on your organization structure, some posts may have to be approved by another person which can take time.

There's alot of sections in SOCi that i feel like i neccessarily do not need to be successful

SOCi is very user friendly, easy to see the different statistics, and valuable data provided.

At times I have difficulty cropping my photos to ensure a good fit with message.
