Soci simplifies my work and boosts my creativity
What do you like best about the product?
It gives me great tips on what to post and to post when I feel creative. I love that I can schedule all my posts a month ahead. I've never worked with competitors but I definitely would recommend Soci to my peers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great to be able to schedule video posts but no necessary. I can't think of anything in particular I dislike in Soci. I've been using the platform for two years now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time utilization, one time stop for many marketing platforms. We just started using soci to track and respond to online reviews. The reviews are well witten and post in timely manner

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using this platform for about four months and now I feel like I am fully understanding what I am doing. It took a little bit of help with their support system to understand but now I got a grasp of it and use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Confusing at first, lots of buttons and menus and things to click on. But once you get the hang of it it's pretty easy. It does have a hard time loading sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Anytime that I have had an issue I get to contact customer service and they walk me through step-by-step either over the phone or zoom to get me what I need. Can't complain

What customers are saying about my retail location. Catching the review once it posts so I can respond with feedback to my customers. Being able to stay connected to my customers

What do you like best about the product?
The main upside of SOCi is the fact it allows customers to relay specific information about past interactions to companies that directly impact retention and customer growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. SOCi has been useful and helpful when it comes to following up on customer's who voice either a positive. neutral or negative experiance at a specific business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows managment to focus on specific interactions and behaviors that need to be fixed or applauded to allow continued customer retention. SOCi allows customers to voice unbiased opions.

I love that you can manage all platforms from one single source. Easy to manage and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the least helpful is that you cannot edit instagram without opening it by itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves not having to use multiplatforms to make posts.
Great Interface and a diligent Client Success Team
What do you like best about the product?
The SOCi platform is extremely user friendly and packed with a handful of helpful reporting insights. Our team is in constant contact with the CS team and each call is always fruitful and progresses our technological stack. The review analytics are extremly helpful and its EXTREMELY a load off our shoulders to have the ability to respond to reviews from multiple channels all within one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I don't see too much that I hate about SOCi. I am still looking into the tools, taken several courses on how to maximize the use of SOCi and SOCi does exactly what we want plus more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving out Reviews issue, in the past we were slow to respond to reviews, but with SOCi we see all our reviews in one place, have assistance in responding to them, and any easy approval process for evaluationg these reviews and their responses.
When updating stores and their hours, the platform makes that extremly easy as well and the Bulk upload feature (which you will be suprised on how useful it is compared to other platforms) is a major time saver! The IT team loves SOCi and the Marketing team (my team) love it as well for different reasons.

Customer Centric, Efficient and Friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of SOCi is the reporting capabilities that they offer, as well as their reputation management and SEO data. They are in the top of their class with regards to their competitors and are constantly taking user feedback to develop their product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are really no downsides of using SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More efficient responses to reputation management, as well as social media management and strategy, which allows us more time to focus on other aspects of our jobs.

Easy to use system to respond to a lot of reviews. System helps keep response quick and personnel without sounding repeated.

What do you like best about the product?
From a review and reputation management standpoint, SOCi integrates well with other key platforms. SOCi provides "one-stop-shopping" to manage activity across multiple review sites and business locations. The platform also provides individual locations with insights on local competitors to help manage their business.
What do you dislike about the product?
As you might expect, sometimes there are issues between review sites and SOCi. Unless you know the exact root cause of the issue, the various platforms and SOCi might blame the other for the problem, leaving you stuck in the middle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi provides line of sight across all major review site platforms we are on and across all locations in our brand. Trying to manage 3-4 review sites for 60+ locations manually was an impossible task before SOCi.
