What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of access and using Socias whether it's using the preloaded content from Berkshire Hathaway or uploading my own, it's very easy and streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was some integration into other platforms like Pinterest, that I use for a business. I also struggle sometimes to upload certain pic files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me schedule things out in advance and track analytics

What do you like best about the product?
It gives you a great opportunity to respond to reviews online and maintain a positive reputation online
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not come across any issues yet, does job as needed

Allows us to see reviews easily in one place and respond in a timely manner. This allows for proper reputation management and allows people leaving reviews to realize their concerns/comments are being heard

What do you like best about the product?
I love that SoCi ties in the social media aspect of things, as well as reviews. My favorite part is the comp set comparison
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, it seems to be an excellent and easy transition

Our socials not being tied into our reviews for ease of access and management

What do you like best about the product?
I love how everything is managed in one place. Google, Instagram and Facebook are the apps we use, and it is nice to make one post that is automatically translated across all of the connected apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find any downsides to SOCi. I find it very helpful for managing my business' social media posts and content. I like how GNP has access to make posts on my behalf. It for sure takes some weight off my shoulders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have very little time to dedicate to updating Social Media. SOCi helps me by making it more convenient to create one post opposed to having to duplicate it myself across my accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci is great for cross-posting on social media. It streamlines the need to login to each platform, and at bare minimum copy and paste the same content. You also have the ability to log directly into Canva to create content, instead of created something, downloading and then uploading it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes associated accounts get disconnected, and you have to reconnect them. I am not sure why this happens, but it can get a bit annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci has helped improve our consistancy across our social media platforms, and cut back on the time spent keeping all platforms up-to-date.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci connects to our social media accounts, making posting so much easier. We personally post to 3 sites a day with the ease of only having to make one post. It also helps us keep track of our reviews so that we are able to reply to all of our reviewers in a timely manner. This has helped us clear up issues and lets us know that we are doing our best for our applicants, residents and past residents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything wrong with Soci. Some of the auto-generated posts can be a bit boring or don't relate to our apartment homes, but thankfully we are able to change the post to something more fitting for our community.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci helps us keep track of our reviews and manages our social media posts so we can spend more time replying to interested prospects. Social media is our #1 form of gaining prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily schedule posts, and have insights into my social media engagements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging in SOCi is a little cumbersome. It starts autopopulating, but doesn't seem to do it very logically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is giving me the ability to batch all my social media content each week.

What do you like best about the product?
The capability of review and other communications monitoring and answering within the platform and scheduling content with simple review processes. Easy to manage multiple companies. Reps check in often.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and metrics are often misleading or incorrect. Bugs happen frequently. Not always great follow up or resolution when reporting issues and special requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines our day-to-day activity for reputation managers and social media account managers. It's straightforward for clients to use as well. We can take on more than we would be able to without it.

Can not close the loop on some of the reviews like trip advisor or Yelp

What do you like best about the product?
The system is very user-friendly. It is easy to show the franchisees how to use it, and they have plenty of KB articles to send and assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the support is slow- we are in a very NEED IT NOW industry, and sometimes waiting for help can be a little slow! Probably not for every industry but for ours, it can make or break it.
Also, when our contact is out of town NO ONE answers us and thats a big problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have hundreds of franchisees and it is very important to monitor the language used and promotions. It would be impossible to do without a program like SOCi. Also, it provides us with SEO help, and reputation management.
