Soci is a great product
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy to use...Great product...I love how easy it is to navigate through and how you can schedule everything ahead of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can it think of anything at this time..

Everything is great

SOCis interface is user friendly, and it is easy to gather data quickly.

The auto-responses still miss the mark most of the time.

Social Posting Doesn't Have To Be Stressful
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI is the best program to use to have scheduled postings on social media. They make sure the post is consistent and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have not experienced anything that I disliked about SOCI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to post to social without having to worry about it. It takes the stress away from our employees.
Super easy, friendly, Never forget to post again!

I can post for moths in advance if I want to. I can just take a few mins to schedule as many as I like and never have to forget again.!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot get the surveys to go out, you are supposed to do full campaigns and I have to do them one by one which is time consuming. Make the bulk survey sending easier, please :)

Time! I can schedule and monitor my posts and reveiws!

Soci has taken the search out of reviewing and responding to reviews as well as made it simple to find all you need in one location.

So far so good.Ive had no complaints up to this point.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is very easy to use. I like the scheduling feature and the options of what posts I want to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options in the library, but that is a Window Genie problem, not a SOCi problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really don't have the time to create and post on social media. With a few clicks - I'm done in miutes.
Seamless experience and great content
What do you like best about the product?
Plenty of selection and quick ability to post.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more array for diversity of people in order to showcase to a wider audience view.

Ability to post on a regular basis. SOCI steps right in fill this spot.
User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is super easy to use. My branding department has uploaded an entire digital library, so I do not have to create any content if I don't want to. Scheduling posts is super easy and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. I am new to Instagram and social media in general, and so far it has been smooth.

SOCi makes it easy for my business to have an online presence.
It's a useful marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's helpful to have one place to review and post to social media. We operate a basic, manual, version. That can make it very difficult to keep up with and if your centralized, very challenging to post hyper local content.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little help to be had in dealing with issues that arise with individual social media accounts. You're still mostly on your own there. The support staff doesn't have indepth knowledge of the platforms to help you maximize your output.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to post from one dashboard really is the beginning and end of the benefit but it's a valuable benefit.

The interface is easy to maneuver and works well with Outlook.

The program is easy to use, honestly there is nothing I dislike.

Soci delivers customer reviews directly to my email address which makes my life easier.
