SOCI Makes Social Media Posting Simple

What do you like best about the product?
I like the content and find it interesting. I think it's valuable information for my clients. I like that I can choose the posts I want to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
My whole office is posting the same content on the same days. I have to move mine around
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI is giving me interesting information to post without having to develop it myself. I like that it post on multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a one-stop platform that allows you to interact with all your social media accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Simplifying the GUI would be helpful, and account permissions need to be a bit more clear on what the user is capable of doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to save time as now I can deal with all my media content in once place

What do you like best about the product?
Responding to customer surveys is a breeze. The provided responses really help speed up the process with just a little tweaking and customization to make them sound more like my own reply. Posting to social media sites has never been easier utilizing their calendar feature to schedule my psots.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found nothing to dislike at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time is always a top priority. SOCI provides the means to manage several different tasks and save time doing so.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to schedule out posts and having the ability for the post to reach all of my media platforms at once. Then be able to see the metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are hard to understand how to fully utilize them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is giving me time back by posting my posts to more platforms than just one at a time. Allowing me to focus on other tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi was very easy to get used to using. After about 30 minutes, I had it down! Now posting for my property is easy and fun! It's effortless to schedule posts days, weeks, and months in advance. It even helps me keep track of what else needs to be posted.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the program allowed me to post my videos to Googe Business, so I've just stuck with photos instead of videos. That is my only downside to using SOCi, I have loved it so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi makes posting on our socials much easier when we schedule the posts together! Reaching our residents and prospects is quick, easy, and beneficial. SOCi has been great to use!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can schedule posts months in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you were able to post multiple pictures on one post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to schedule posts ahead of time. It is helpful to see when people react most to our posts. Love seeing the engagement and also the reviews are all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci provides great customer service. Account reps and support teams always respond within 4 hours of receiving an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is currently nothing I dislike about Soci. We've been using them for four months, and they've been a pleasure to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is a platform that we use to update hours and answer reviews for over 200+ locations. It's great having a platform that pulls everything into one view.

Good idea, poor follow-through

What do you like best about the product?
It is nice that there are ways for our corporate office to deliver posts easily to all locations without having to copy and paste them all separately. The way it saves your libraries for future use is also helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are lots of bugs that seem to happen at the worst times that make me have to repeat the work I do over again. It also doesn't allow you to include a button in GMB posts which are best practice for posting in that platform. I often find that the posts I created are moved/deleted/changed and I am unable to trace why it's happening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On the corporate side, it does help our company have a unified voice and presence on social media because of our ability to share content between locations and offices.

What do you like best about the product?
Our rep John Musser, he has been the biggest asset in our partnership with SOCI. John goes above and beyond for our team and is incredibly responsive. The platform itself has done what it said it would so no complaints, but John is the main reason we are so happy with our experience with SOCi. Without him my review would be satisfactory.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found that the support team's ticketing system is a bit clunky, the agents want to help for sure but are often 3 steps behind because it appears they don't have all the info about the ask. Additionally when an update comes in I can't see the entire thread and who said what from SOCi, when multiple agents are jumping in on the ticket this can become confusing. They had partially corrected this after I gave some feedback
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating all our listings and most of our reviews into one place has been the major benefit to adopting the platform. With our growing location count we needed this tool. However John Musser has gone above and beyond in solving for more problems that have arisen, like reporting. John has manually put together incredibly useful reports that we use throughout our business. We would be far less enthusiastic about our experience with SOCi without John.
