Fast and Efficient

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to use multiple platforms in one software, making it easy to manage social media on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of this moment, I don't have any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI has minimized the time that it takes to market and manage our social media accounts so that we can focus on multiple tasks and increase performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I love pretty much everything about SOCi, in my role I primarily use it for reputation management to get and respond to reviews from a variety of review sites for four brands under our company umbrella in one platform. It gives access to the entire team to stay on top of incoming reviews and has helped us increase engagement across the board!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's honestly hard to find a downside to SOCi. Due to review site api changes, some analytics do not export as they once did so implementing an update for that would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi has helped us increase our engagement rate with reviews by over 100%. Their insightful business reviews give you actionable items to focus on to help you achieve your goals!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the interface connects all my accounts into one dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside...but It does bother me that I keep having to "reconnect" my social and review site accounts. Not sure if this is a security measure, or a flaw....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more multiple log-ins on multiple platforms

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have a whole team helping with our posts and communicating with our followers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't ran into any downsides as of yet.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can post to multiple profiles all at once. It gives me the ease to incorporate web links from the internet, post job postings and also create in real time with canva to make content that is engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I would complain about at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI saves me lots of time which assists the team with engaging content.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one spot, it makes scheduling easy and the management of multiple accounts.
Also love the feature of being able to approve other members' social posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't love the Enagement tab, it's a little clunky and could use refinement.
Would also love to see the option to have something like "link in bio" as we frequently have posts that need to be linked to a blog post or website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is providing ease and efficiency by having multiple social platforms in one spot, as well as allowing multiple companies/accounts in one, without having to log in and out.
It's also providing efficiency by having the insights for all platforms and accounts in one spot.

What do you like best about the product?
I can schedule my posts and post them all at the same on, different social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever I post my post, and if there is an error, I have to go to each account to update the error change individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps us integrate all our social media platform under one login and make it easy to post them all at one time.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci helps me analyze our performance with patients and allows the pharmacy to interact with patients that provide feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of information and it is not the easiest database to use on a mobile device.
