Makes managing multiple social account easy
What do you like best about the product?
That I can see all of my accounts in one place and eliminate duplicate work by posting to multiple accounts at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Conversations section is difficult to understand and reply to messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables me to stay current on my social media posting and ensures I do not miss any interactions from my followers.
Great Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to work around some of Facebook native's limitations! It is easy to navigate, easy to schedule, and also easy to track data. This is the best platform for larger companies with complex social media precenses to use! They also have a great support team that replies to their service tickets in great time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform has glitches that end up being time consuming to fix. There are also some additional limitations like the lack of instagram story posting and facebook even creation but I have been told their engineering team is working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi makes it easy for our users to have access to our Facebook pages due to SSO sign in rather than possible security risks among other risks of using personal Facebook profiles to gain access. SOCi also has a great work around for Facebook taking away the parent child relationship, this way being able to group these "Parent - Child" pages and scheduling the same content to go out at once.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the reports, the easy to see and understand graphs showing how you're doing AND how it identifies if there is an issue with a post or linking to a platform, etc

I dislike NOTHING about this service, seriously

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly SOCI is! It is easily accessible and navigational. I have not had any trouble with utilizing this service for the benefit of my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything I dislike about SOCi! I am very pleased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is monitoring the customer experience of those who come into my place of business to determine the level of customer satisfaction.
User friendly, and convenient
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to link all social media accounts, and being able to schedule a post.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way the tabs to get to different areas on soci are set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing and preparing for events have become easier, and has allowed for a constant updated social page.
