What do you like best about the product?
User friendliness of the soci app. Helps improve visibility of customers feedback

Customer service visibility
SOCi has been a very valuable tool to track the reviews and feelings about my store.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, and layout. It is easy to navigate the site and find what I am looking for. And also if there are any issues it is quickly resoved
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some of the auto responses were better, and also that we need to be able to get access easier for new managers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi has helped us pinpoint issues within our store that customers are having with reps, service or location.
It's like buying time to add to our day.

I take forever to come up with, put together and then post information on our multiple platforms. It's supposed to be done daily - if it were on me, it would rarely happen. With SOCi, it's all taken care of (and makes me look like a social media whiz).
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had no issues during the time we have used SOCi. I have nothing to add here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the same answer as my prior product rating response: I take forever to come up with, put together and then post information on our multiple platforms. It's supposed to be done daily - if it were on me, it would rarely happen. With SOCi, it's all taken care of (and makes me look like a social media whiz).

SOCI is scheduling my social media and making it easier to engage with clients

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how many platfroms and accounts Soci lets me schedule for. This has made my social media management so much easier. Unlike its competitor, it is very user friendly and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful aspect of SOCi is it's inability to post REELS. I have to post manually for those and it would be better if there was a better system for publishing reels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is making my social media management role a lot more efficient. I can post so many things at once and not have to worry about if it posted properly or not.

I utilize SOCi to review customer reviews for AT&T.

I have no dislikes about using SOCi.....

I can review the reviews customers leave for my retail location.

It's so simple to use! I love that I only have to create and post one thing and it's then on all my platforms.

It's a great platform to see honest reviews and we as retailers can use the data to improve our business in being better than it already is.

Nothing, so far so good. The platform is easy to use and easy to understand

I apprecaite the upates as well as how the team can all reach out to each other throughout the entire company. MDP was a great add to the SOCi site. Over all quick way to educate myself on whats happening within MDP

alot of email alerts- But then i just pass them up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI has allowed me to stay connected with the MDP graduates and peers across the company while I am in a very remote area that doesnt allow me to connect personally with people the way that many others can in a bigger state.
