Great Platform

What do you like best about the product?
I love having access to all my sites that I can set up posts in advance and set it and forget it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes at this time.It's good

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that you can schedule different posts on different platforms ahead of time. Or schedule the same post and not have to login to every single account in ordert to post. This saves me so much time. I dedicate one or two days a month to social media and not worry about posting anything until next month. I love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I am having is posting videos. I would like to be able to upload videos of our property since that is what we are using it for. Ive tried several times and it always rejects my videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes sure that we can stay on top of psoting every day which is required by our company. It makes us more productive and is less stressful than having to figure out what to post that very day.

What do you like best about the product?
When working with the system you can auto generate responses saving time
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface takes a little time to get use to due to have detailed they break down the metrics

Creates effective feedback without requiring a lot of user input

What do you like best about the product?
The product meets our needs and helps solve the large portfolio issues we've been having with managing our social media channels. It's easy to use and very intuitive. The sales/onboarding team has been a pleasure to work with and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We could use some more direction in terms of best ways to roll out the product, but I don't really have any negative things to say about SoCi at the moment, since we are still rolling it out on some communities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using the SoCi social media platform and it solves our issue of staff not wanting to use their personal accounts to manage pages, or not having an account whatsoever.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that it is a one stop shop for me. I manage multiple chapters for SCORE and each has multiple social media platforms. SOCI makes is so easy for me to post!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I think it is wonderful. Keep doing what you are doing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me manage my time by allowing me to create posts that I can publish to multiple platforms at one time allowing me to spend more time being creative.

What do you like best about the product?
It streamlines the social media process by allowing you to make just one post for multiple platforms which is very time savings and helps make sure you're getting the same message out across every platform you'd like to.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be a little more user friendly at time, better access to data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping get the word out about our products, our business and analytics to show how many people we've accessed.

What do you like best about the product?
I use soci frequently for social media posting across multiple locations. It makes posting for all locations super easy and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not think of any downsides so far in using soci, it has been exponentially easier than other platforms I have used in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to sort locations and post across all of them. It has benefitted me by making the process quick and easy.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part for me is the available phrases to help build a meaningful reply for customer reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime review replies say the reply posted but then never show on Google Reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notifies me of recently posted reviews which allows me to respond in a timely manner. I can stay informed of customer feedback to help better our in store experience.

Limited functionality for modern brands

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it streamlines workflows for teams that may be all over in a multiple location enviroment and keeps brand consistency
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features such as uploading multiple pictures in instagram, posting reels or video content, creating carosels on Linkd in etc... Soci seems to be behind the times on mobile centric content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates brand consistency and elminates complicated workflows or multiple party emailing back and forth.
