What do you like best about the product?
We love using this service to find where we excel and where we need to make some adjustments for our store which is helpful in keeping our business running smoothly and our customers happy!! Thank you!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It has been so easy to access and use, the information assists us in our everyday lives as we strive to be the best in everything we do! Our customers get a chance to voice their praise or concerns so we love it!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assisting us in keeping our customers the ability to give us praise for what we have done or allowing them to voice their dismay should something not go their way and we want to correct.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use, and the high-quality content. The posts are reliable, and the content is relevant. The graphics are eye-catching and well-done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside or area for improvement is that I would like the ability to add personalized hashtags, specific to my geographic area, ahead of time(to apply to all posts.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of time to creat my own content. Soci creates it, formats it, and posts it. This helps me maintain a professional image.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly interfaces for non-techies. Ease in scheduling (and making changes) is my favorite feature, followed by data collection. I have not even considered a competitor!
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about this product! It has reduced my non-coaching time drastically

Communicating my value in providing client solutions that leads to more appointments.

First Time Using SoCi

What do you like best about the product?
I have been in the industry going on six years now. This is the first year I experienced this fantastic website. It makes it much easier to post to multiple accounts and schedule when to publish. There have been so many features that I am learning and loving.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found an issue with Soci for me to comment negatively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me schedule future posts. Since it gets hectic in the office, it may slip my mind to post, and I realize I can prepare some for this reason. It saves me time.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI is a super easy-to-use platform and everything about it is super easy to navigate. It makes managing multiple accounts very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The look of SOCI itself looks a little outdated but it doesn't bother me at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to randomly post social media content without a library or approval.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful too is receiving an email immediately after someone has posted on social media. It has decrease our response time and increase sales and our online rating.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dont believe there is a downside to getting instant and accurate information. It is a single point of contact for us to respond to all customers and non customers. We appreciate your support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing SOCi does to help solve problems is it provides us a single point of contact for any feedback, reviews or messaging with our customers and future customers.
