User Friendly and Effecient
What do you like best about the product?
The platform dashboard makes it user friendly. The auto-generated responses assist with responding to the surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still don't wuite understand the social media monitoring of SOCI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The surveys are easy for the residents to fill out and understand. The verbiage is clear. It helps manage all in one services for reputation instead of the multiple platforms prior.

Soci.ai is an great tool for businesses with multiple locations. It uses AI to make marketing much easier.
I especially love the "Genius" features. Genius Search helps your business show up better in online searches. Genius Reviews makes replying to customer feedback quick and easy.
This platform saves a lot of time and helps you grow your business by connecting with customers more effectively. It’s a very smart solution for busy business owners.

What do you dislike about the product?
I currently have no negative feedback about Soci at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves us time in posting to all social media platforms for several properties at a time.
LOVE my SOCi account - It is amazingly fun!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to use my creativity in my marketing outreach as well as resident communications through social media. But, also I really like looking at the data charts and graphs from reviews, comps, and feedback from prospects or residents too. It is very informationally beneficial for my insight on performance.

Truthfully haven't found anything as of this time!

Having to go to multiple sites to keep up with communications or outreach and this is all within one site. So much easier.

How to easily consolidate and find reviews
We love how Soci help us post our pictures quickly.

Fast friendly and best support service. we are using it now for several months. It helps us to make our post for future.

It's easy to use and we can post as many times as possible. It's easy to implement and ease of integrity.

Soci is a great platform to advertise and do marketing for events.

Very user friendly! Was able to navigate it and deep dive into multiple areas with ease.

With so much being turned to AI the response feature could use some work. I'd like to see more variety in the auto review response.

Upping my Social Media Game
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is easy to use, provides professional and engaging photos. Some of their posts have earn me additional page likes

I wish there was a way to automatically add my Hashtags

I was struggling to get engagement with Social Media, SOCi has fixed that for me. I get lots of engagement.

I like being able to schedule and post to multiple platforms at once and each one can be unique.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not able to share posts from other accounts and find it difficult to tag partners/local businesses. I am currently struggling with getting the review connection setup. It has been months and very difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that I can schedule posts to Google Business and easily make updates in one place. Before SOCI, I was not able to do that.
