SOCi is a an easy way to look at your reviews in one place.
What do you like best about the product?
I think SOCi is very easy to use and navigate. I believe that the team is very helpful and are quick to respond when we have questions or issues. It allows me to see all of my reviews in one place and to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful for me to have a way to see how many reviews we were able to respond to in one week, that total not including reviews that were marked resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to directly respond to customers who have left us positive or negative reviews. It is very convenient to have all of this data in one place and see the overall response from customers.
User friendly and very useful for social media engagement
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi give me a great understanding of our social media engagement and helps me respond to requests and reviews with ease. It takes the guess work out of engagement and puts the power of social media at your fingertips!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't found anything. Maybe the the menu rearrangement when you click on a different topic on the left hand side... I usually end up clicking into the wrong sub menu. But that's a small gripe instead of a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's organizes multiple social media platforms and allows to to respond and engage with customers, regardless of where they reached out from. It saves me BOATLOADS of time by making it a one stop shop for social media management

All information in one place and you can manage your response to reviews as well as open hours etc

Nothing, every feature is very well put together

The multiple logins we need to do in order to log in

The fact that you can edit anything you submit fo rpost and the stats of every post along with the already posted posts also.

You can not post to stories. Only a post not interactive story

I don't have to think about what to post or when to post it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dilute about SOCi, except I have had a few times where it has disconnected from the social media networks and I was unaware for over a month. I wish they would have notified me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides content without me having to create it. It is simple and I don't have to worry about doing it myself.
Increased Social Media Presence
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has increased my social media presence and allowed for my followers to be engaged even when I am not able to be present. The offerings are affordable, timely, and effective to keep my clients engaged with my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few instances where the postings are not able to be uploaded. I think a more open dialogue and communication stream would benefit both sides of the equation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is allowing me to grow into a better manage of my social media presence across multiple platforms. I will not discontinue the partnership as I become more adept, it will be an even greater benefit to my agency to expand this teaming.
Connecting with Community
What do you like best about the product?
It helps to connect with the community and address events, issues, concerns much quicker.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult to get everyone on board to be part of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It advertises the community. Shines a positive light on it for the most part.

Good for scheduling posts to appear on multiple SM platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
Often I get notifications of a posting error, but when I click the link to take me to get more info about it or to fix it, with rare exceptions the link usually just goes to the home page and I can never find the error or the problem.

Transworld corporate generates content that posts automatically.
