EASY TO USE & EASY TO WORK ON!
What do you like best about the product?
Definitely the calendar, it allows me to know exactly how many days I have covered for a post during the month. I also love how I can post to all of my different social media platforms from one app, it saves time and hassle
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not really have any dislikes, besides maybe that I have to log in over again sometimes. It does not always recognize me and let me in immediately, wish there was a Face ID so I do not have to type my user and password again
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI is definitely helping me to be able to set up posts for the entire month instead of having to post the day of and sometimes even forgetting to post altogether. With SOCI, it makes posting on all social media platforms a lot easier

it doens't really save time as far as creating posts, etc.

SOCi has made replying to online reviews way quicker and easier than before. The ability to craft responses using automation is a game changer!

Time. Every leader knows that how we spend our time is the key difference maker when it comes to being successful. Automation makes short work of managing my stores online prescense.

It seems easier to to edit photos on a laptop. I wish it were just as easy when using it on a mobile device.

Great customer service, flexibility and frequent updates

They need a lot of input from our onsite teams which doesn't make it efficient or automated

They provide social media posting for our teams to help achieve consistent, creative content to showcase the resident experience and attract potential new tenants.

As a social media novice, it's been very easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it doesn't seem to offer the carousel option to post multiple pictures in same post

It's quick and easy to use, I like that you can schedule a post on a certain day and time
Soci makes social media posting much easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Soci offers posting assistance if the onsite team is not able to post. I also like we are able to post for sevarl weeks in advance and are able to see the stats on what posts receieved best view results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the post from Soci for the property were focused not just on the property or other random things, but included information about the area including festivals, events, etc.
