What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the site is to use! It's very user friendly and the features are functional and useful! It helps me grow my business and create future growth opportunities! Highly recommend SoCi!

I haven't found anything I dislike about SOCi yet.

It makes it easier for me to plan out my social media posts and track their effectiveness.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci makes it so much simpler to prepare and schedule posts and updates. It saves me time and is a very quick process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish I could include a few other sites besides Facebook and Google business pro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is simplifying an ongoing task of staying visible and relevant on Social Media.I can take a few minutes each week and load the contact and then not worry about staying current with my posts. It's terrific.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that our corporate office can create content for us and it is very easy to schedule and subcribe to the content as well as make changes when applicable. I have not used Soci for much more than this however it looks like there are many tools to build a decent online presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there is anything I dislike but it would be helpful to have a notification when a new calendar is dropped or changes are made to an existing calendar. I sometimes forget to go in and schedule the content that is created for us so a reminder would be helpful. If one already exists I do not know how to set it up. It may also be helpful to receive weekly emails with tips on how to get the most out of soci.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have time to create content nor am I proficient in doing so. If it were not for our corporate office using Soci to create content for us and allow us to schedule it with ease we would not have an online presence through social media.

What do you like best about the product?
Able to schedule posts to multiple social media accounts at the same time to streamline processes. Also able to respond to messages and comments in the same tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clicking through to some functions seems a bit clunky. The UI has an older internet vibe to it instead of feeling fresh and new. It's not easy to find failed posts so that they can be addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content is easily delivered by corporate so that I, as the end user, can easily schedule posts to all of our social media accounts for my specific facility. I can then focus on other outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to preschedule posts and manage all social media accounts under the same platform is exremely convenient. The engagment tracking is also really cool to see the most popular platforms and posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formatting is so different from the social media sites themselves it can be challenging to see how the post will look after published. The ability to schedule tasks to users would be nice as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remembering to post across all platforms. Poting outside of office hours or for holiday and other closures. Reputation tracking is also nice to have in a centralized location

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Canva, all in one solution that helps us manage our clients on one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the listings had more doctor sites such as Healthgrades, WebMD, Vitals, RateMDs. The listings are geared more toward restaurants and franchises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Super fast and easy to schedule social media for clients. Reports are great. GBP is easy to manage and we recently added listings.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes running my business easier on me. It helps me schedule social media posts, read and respond to reviews with auto generated responses, and more

It's not as user friendly on the app as I'd like it to be.

It simplifies social media for me. As a person that is not very tech saavy, it helps simplify the process

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the resources are all in one place for posting on social media. I love that I can do it all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if we had access to posts to build enrollment straight from SOCi rather than having to use a separate service to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that I don't have to find things to post and then navigate facebook's buisness page service, it's nice that its all in one place.
