What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi auto generates responses. They are applicable and easy to edit to fit your response.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation. The app is still a little newer to me, but I would like it to have a quick link to responsed to new reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
Demonstrates a strong willingness to address business challenges and adapt solutions to meet evolving organizational needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their response time to issues within their platform and ability to ensure accuracy of listings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a one stop solution for us to manage all of our location profiles and easily update each social media platform within their tool. Ability for us to deploy unique messaging and manage approval flow within their tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that i truely feel like I am engaging with the community in a way that positively affects our growth as a store and brings validation and satisfaction to customers who leave a review!
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't easy to get started using SOCi and outside of exploring the interface there isn't much direction on WHAT I can do or HOW to do it. Maybe a simple tutorial auto populates when you log in for the first few times or maybe there's a link to a forum that users can share best practices. Just good for thought- no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of locating shared issues over a larger number of customers. As we read reviews, otherwise unseen, it begins unveiling areas of improvement for our customer facing team to tackle and opens our eyes to how to resolve the behavior.

Ease of use to post and use library. I like the ability to post multiple dates with same message

I don't like that I can't repost past posts unless they are in the library

The best service and user interface
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very intuitive as well as helpful to keep track of my stores reputation and clear up misunderstandings and misinformation complaints.
What do you dislike about the product?
In haven't come across anything i dislike as of yet.

Getting to root of our customers complaints.
The Best Platform for Social Media!
What do you like best about the product?
I currently use SOCi at the job in an apartment community and it is one of the BEST, if not the best platform. SOCi has made it easier to post content for our prospects and residents! The training provided is super helpful also! I love SOCi & am so glad my community chose it for our content & scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I love everything about SOCi! It takes out the guess work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling content, keeping up with what's posted and when. It keeps it organized and together in one place.
Ease of posting to all Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I am able to post to all our social media platforms in one easy step! Previously I would have had to post the same post separately to each platform and sometimes different people would have to post as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there is nothing that I do not like about SOCi.

Ease of posting.
Quality products with a quality team
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have all of my profiles in one place and create all of my Facebook, Google Business, etc. posts in a single place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some oddities in how the platform works sometimes. I would think some features would be under other headers or in different areas, but I am overall pleased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform has helped us consolidate tools and save money while allowing us a better all-in location to improve our local and review strategies.
Easy & convenient
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can schedule posts to multiple social media accounts and platforms, AND manage customer reviews, all from my iPhone!
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to figure out how to turn off notifications for comments on social media, as I manage my responses via accounts closely from the actual social apps
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's more efficient to schedule all of my posts and also I don't have to check multiple platforms for reciews

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the data insights on my businesses and how SOCi organizes what customers are saying in helpful ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to see multiple groups of businesses side by side.

Answering customer feedback on our behalf. The dashboard shows insight from the customer feedback.
