What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity with auto generated replies to surveys and easy to navigate through the website which helps me with my time management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. The program is well put together and easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased customer feedback and responses from leaders based on customer experience inside retail.
Pretty good for others
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to get emails from different social media platforms in regards to reviews instead of having to check each and every single one others make you check all the time
What do you dislike about the product?
No because I have not seen any bugs or glitches in the system not really everything is working well and no problem was found i think the only improvement would be log in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy review feedback without having to stress about what to put on the review someone had left with that it help promote production it has increased response time
SOCi - An efficient tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Soci is a great and very efficient Social Media Management tool that helps our Franchisees to manage their Social Media Listings across various platforms like: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIN and Google Business Listing. It helps them stay on top of their Social Media pages and they can manage it all via SOCi app.
What do you dislike about the product?
They need to add more platform as there are only 5 at the moment, more listings options will be great like Youtube, TikTok etc. At the moment its only FB, Insta, Twitter, LinkedIn and GBP
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use SOCi for our Franchisee Owners and the app specially saves them alot of time and help them get back to any conversion that is happening on thier business listings. Most of our Social content is before after images of services provide, Image section of SOCi is very usefull as they upload images directly in SOCi to use on their listings later. Content craetion and sceduling is amazing.
Recently switch to Soci and it has been great!
What do you like best about the product?
Soci provides a variety of metrics that helps you track your engagement and better understand the best ways to connect with your target audience. You can schedule posts in advance, which has been a great time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
One dislike is I have there is not a way I'm aware of to share facebook posts or other items from other social media sites. I have to copy and post which can be time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to see when people are most engaging with our contet and focus our postings to have better engagement with our target audience. It is an all in one, so you can manage multiple platforms.
User-Friendly Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It offers lots of flexibility. You can schedule posts to go live immediately, or at a designated future date. You can use photos or videos, and add tags to draw more attention. It also allows you to post to multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) all at once. There is a web version and an app, which adds extra convenience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any issues using this platform. There are a lot of tools available, and they are very easy to use. I would recommend it to large businesses looking to enhance their social media presence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has increased social media presence and drawn attention to our business. It has helped engage our customers with fresh content posted regularly. I can schedule posts in one sitting for multiple days of the month.

i like the ease in which i can reply to a review

I like the ease of the platform, but there is too much going on for my specific needs as a manager. Maybe i shouldnt be able to see everything that doesnt really apply to me

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can create post straight from Canva to social media and also post to multiple branchs at the same time if you want to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the conversations/engagements can be a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our company post on Facebook and keep track of what is posted and who has posted in what branches. It also helps us keep track of how much engagment we have on each facebook.

Great Auto Advertising
What do you like best about the product?
I like the function and time saving that SOCi allows me, while still having an active social media marketing campaign. The posts are of great quality!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I do not like as of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have time to post and this way I am getting great content posted across multiple platforms.
