Great Platform and easy to use

the fact that all in one place and no need to jump from one platform to the other

Soci is a place where you can check all the reviews you get in all different social platform and is easy to use. It has many tools that helps you manage better a business

I can not find where to make changes on the configuration, for example to set alerts so I get an email when a new review is posted.

As mentioned before all in one place

Sometimes the content is too long for certain platforms and we have to modify it.

It is very easy to use and simple to navigate through.

I've been using Soci to upload pictures to social media, and it's honestly one of the easiest platforms I’ve worked with. The website is incredibly intuitive — from the moment you log in, everything is laid out clearly, making it simple to navigate even if you're not super tech-savvy.
One of the things I really appreciate is how quick and seamless the upload process is. Drag-and-drop functionality makes adding photos effortless, and scheduling posts is just as straightforward. I also like how Soci allows me to preview how posts will look on different platforms — it takes the guesswork out of formatting.
Another standout feature is the centralized dashboard. Being able to manage multiple social media accounts in one place saves me a ton of time, and the analytics tools give me helpful insights without feeling overwhelming.

What do you dislike about the product?
there are a few areas where Soci could improve. For one, the image editing tools are pretty limited — if you need to make detailed adjustments, you’ll probably have to use another app before uploading. Also, while the scheduling feature works well, I’ve noticed that bulk uploading and editing scheduled posts can be a bit clunky, especially when managing large volumes of content.
Lastly, there aren’t a lot of customization options for post templates or branding, which would be useful for businesses that want to keep their visual style consistent across platforms.

SOCi is solving a big problem that many people and businesses face: managing multiple social media accounts efficiently and consistently. Before using SOCi, I was jumping between different platforms to upload content, which was time-consuming and easy to mess up. SOCi brings everything into one place, which has saved me a lot of time and reduced the stress of managing my online presence.

SOCi is amazing product that compiles all of your reviews from different platforms into one viewing experience. I also enjoy that it allows us to select our competitors and see how we stand in comparison.
