Making changes to pictures.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of posting the ads'. The schecduling of ads' and being able to put the extact time and date that you want
What do you dislike about the product?
Changing your picture orentation and croping is non existent. I would be nice to have more editing options for the pictures after loading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to put up multiple ads for a whole month or more at a time.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy enough to use, and it helps to keep track of character limits for those media that track such concerns. File upload is sensible, and scheduling is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Alt text on images could be much easier to set up. Also, navigation of uploaded files could be streamlined more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining community engagament and content is an ongoing effort, and being able to address it in bulk through SOCi helps.
Great All-In-One Resource
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI helps streamline basic social media posts, making it easy to create content for all of your primary accounts. It's easy to learn, and great for teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing SOCI could advance on is simply adding more features. This platform could be perfect if it was truly a one-stop-shop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI solves the issue of keeping up with all your accounts. From catching reviews, to checking engagement to ensuring your promotions get out where they need to be.
SOCi is great for multi-unit restaurant chains
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has made a huge difference for us by providing our restaurant operators a one-stop shop for responding to customer feedback not only from Google & Facebook, but also from our own website contact us form. SOCi's mobile app makes it even easier for busy restaurant managers to quickly view and respond. Additionaly, the ability to adjust restaurant attributes like store hours from one source helps save time in the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user home page can be intimidating to users that aren't tech savvy or who won't be taking full advantage of the data reporting within SOCi. I wish there was a more streamlined home page with quick links to the features that average users frequent most often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps streamline tasks so our restaurant operators can spend less time dealing with online issues like store listings, customer feedback, etc...

What do you like best about the product?
I have a CSM that is INCREDIBLE and unlike anyone else I have worked with in the past. He is quick to respond, listens to all my wants/needs, and delivers it with ease. I look foward to every call we have and he helps make my job and life easy and exciting. Thank you!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a choice in who I pick for social media content creation. I have been doing this for a while and have a "voice" already made and would like to see who fits that voice the best given their portfolio of work in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management when it comes to reviewing response times and analytics. BIG one is also content management as we can provide a list of events happening and the team gets it done for us.

Sometimes with the APIs campground addresses get missplaced.

Having a central location for all of our campground listings in one spot that is easy to use and manage.
