What do you like best about the product?
The feedback we receive from guests as well as receiving a weekly review of notifications fromSOCi
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not had a dislike yet about this website it's been helpful and notifies me weekly which is great rather than receiving daily
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receiving reviews on my establishment which is requested by employer, the feedback is easy to get to and respond, as well as all the other options that are offered

What do you like best about the product?
The app is easier to use than the website is. The app is more user friendly but the ability to post on two stores at once it the most convenient

The website is the downfall to ease of use.

I'm not sure of any issue being solved but I enjoy seeing enhancements when they appli

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to utlize. It get the correct information to the customer. It allows us to see our reviews almost real time and we reply back to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not seen any drawbacks so far. It is easy to utlize and not to hard to use. We swtiched over from another program and it wasnt good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer satisfaction within the stores.

What do you like best about the product?
How it has scripts that let you respond to different types of customer reviews whether they are good or bad.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I believe it works great, there is nothing to dislike

It solves our customer experience. A tool that lets us respond to customer feedback and a professional manner

What do you like best about the product?
Insight around locations. As well as the ability to connect with customers and resolve their issues in a real time manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
On my device I have to login constantly instead of it staying logged in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to reach our customers where they are.

What do you like best about the product?
A good veritey of current events. With lots of different topics to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be a nice feature to filter out topics or similar topics we have already posted about. Too keep our page feeling fresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes posting on our social medias a lot faster and more effcient.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplified way of using the system. It allows you to respond very quickly to your reviews.

i dislike that we do not receive alerts if the score is going down.

Great to see everything all in one place!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything is all in one place and that we can see comments, messages, and other interactions for all of our locations and sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not terribly astheticly pleasing and is not quite as user friendly as other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly managing our interacitons on social media. Most often we use it to respond to facebook comments.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy one pager to see the stats. You do not have to dive any deeper unless you want to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The detractors don't show up and you have to look for it. Even when it is pending or a new review has kicked in you still have to search for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far so good. Overall a clean system but just need to be able to see the latest comments or when the last time the store got a survey was.
