Easy to utilize
What do you like best about the product?
You can schedule posts in advance, reply to reviews and messages all in one place

It took a little time to get used to navigate through it

Helping preschedule posts so we can still post even when we don't have time to do it that day

It helps us to efficiently reply to all our Google reviews, we have great response options at our fingertips, and we just personalize it when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides yet. So far the expericence has been positive. Thanks Soci!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time creating new posts to social media and to respond to reviews on Google and FB.
Powerful tool for social media posting
What do you like best about the product?
The calendar feature makes it so easy to add posts that you create for any future date. The ap allows you to add images, video, and a shortened URL in a snap. Posts can be added immediately or scheduled for a future time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I don't like about SOCI as it does exactly what I want it to. Schedule posts for future dates. Perhaps there could be an option to add a UTM link for Google Business Profile posts. If that exists already I can't find it on the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system makes it easy to post an update for a client's business. Sometimes our clients have exciting news they want to share, change firm names or location, add key members which all make great posts. It also can help a bit with SEO by building some off site authority.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the support and the interface. Overall I believe SOCi has been very easy to use and the team is so supportive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe there are a few functions that could be improved upon such as Apple editing and Yelp editing as well. Things can be hidden.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think SOCi has helped with our overall rankings on GBP and everywhere in general.

What do you like best about the product?
I can't even imagine the ghost town our social media pages would be if we did not use this service! They take care of it all with posts that are relevant to our industry. I don't have to do anything!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints. Really, this is a very valuable tool created by people that know what they are doing. Even if I did have a complaint, I'm certain they would address it promptly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving the problem of there not being enough hours in the day to do this for ourselves. We know how important it is to have an online presence, we just don't have the time. They are also breaking it all down for us as far as the engagement we are getting on social media, it's such a valuable resource. They are saving me from having to hire someone else to do this for us.

I love Soci, just wish our agency started using it sooner!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is a huge time-saver and cuts posting time in half by enabling the option to post to multiplke sites at once.
Easy, intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and very intuitive for use. The prebuilt reply options make it a lot easier to reply to several reviews in a short period.

Initial settup was slow and it took several atempts for login.

I google is not allowing youtube videos to be posted, except for telling people to go to youtube to watch. Can you find out what's going on with this?

SOCI Gets It Done!
What do you like best about the product?
Love that you can access all reviews from all social media outlets simple and can manage all of your locations within SOCI. It's a user friendly software and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the file downloads don't download straight to your computer. They are sent as a file to your email.

This help us communicate with our customers so we can ensure we follow up for any issues and great customer service!
