Great Service For Websites
What do you like best about the product?
Love all the content it helps with! Has so much information and really helps businesses!

Not much I dont like about it. Nothing really to complain about.

I like that SOCi continues to innovate and add new features that help me manage my social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that when I got a push notice on the app that when I clicked, it would go straight to an area to reply or take action versus just the homepage. I also would love a cropping tool inbedded in SOCi.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SOCI is even if you are not that compture savy, SOCI makes it easy with the automatic posting to stay in front of your clients but not taking any time out of your day to day tasks

Nothing! It is great!!! The features and conttent put out are useful

Soci is a wonderful platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Our favorite part about Soci, is that it is easy to use and if you have any questions, they have a wonderful helpdesk. It allows us to easily access our social media pages and directly handle customer inquiries.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features that sometimes it can be challenging to understand everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having multiple store locations, soci allows us to handle everything on one platform.
Hands free solution
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the hands free approach. While I do post my own organic things, I don't have to worry about the details of filling in the gaps and wondering what I am going to post next because it does it for me

There's no option to change the language to add posting for others to be able to relate

The only thing I would like to see on SOCi Is being able to post on our story for Instagram and facebook.

Having to log into 1 place for all social media needs, Saves a lot of time.
Great Utility for Customer Experience Management!
What do you like best about the product?
I would have to say the most helpful feature is the ability to create emailed reports for many criteria. For example, I oversee the cusotmer service manager, and I have a report emailed to me every monday that tells me how many 5 star reviews our company received, and a report sent to me immediately for any review that isn't 5 stars. My Customer Experience Manager receives a report every time we get a new review so that he can write a response to each person that took the time to write a review. VERY handy for management!
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not very intuitive to me personally, it took me a minute to find some of the features I was looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform is helping us by continually bringing our customer impressions to the forefront, solving the problem of how easy it is to let this slip through the cracks when you get busy!
Takes the Thinking Out of Social Planning
What do you like best about the product?
I love how effortless it is to plan our months post. It makes the tast feel way less daunting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could tag business in posts and create social media events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It just takes the daunting task out of it for us. Having the user friendly featuers of Soci makes scheduling the marketing plan for our community a breeze and ensures you do not forget to make those weekly posts.
