Wonderful tool in the office
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to post on mulitple platforms at once.
When l first starting using SOCi, l had a difficult time, once l got more experience, l love it! -- Only issue l have had is with the contest button. l tried it once and our Facebook post got hacked. Lot of upset residents and l scheduled outside of business hours so l was unable to handle situation at the time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to edit one time for your one post you did for multiple apps. lt can be time consuming to go through and re-do them all.
Also, and this maybe an operational error on my part, but when l create with Canva - it does not let me use my branding, so l have to create my project in the Canva app first then when l create with canva on SOCi l go to my projects or l had to upload our logo to use.

Not having to log into different apps and make seperate posts.

Easy to use and helps us create a real community!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that we would change about SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having a harder time building a sense of community and connecting with our customers. SOCi has changed that.
Organized company to help your social media pages.
What do you like best about the product?
We like that its very organized. You can select different office locations and it keeps everything in one from Facebook to Google. Support is always super fast if you have anything your unsure of. We use it as often as we can to make connections with the public and our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can not think of anything at this time.

It allows me to schedule posts that we know we need to make.

The features are user-friendly. The support team and CSMs take the time to resolve any questions in a timely manner.

I do think having some additional reporting options would be valuable but overall love the product.

Providing our clients with enterprise reporting that is auto-mated including their top performing posts to drive engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI is very simple to use and I like the layout. It's definitely a time saver!

Nothing comes to mind that I dislike about SOCI.

SOCI is great for scheduling out social media posts for multiple locations, which saves a ton of time and energy.

What do you like best about the product?
SoCi makes my day-to-day so much easier! SoCi allows me to open the calendar for the month and create our social media posts ahead of time and in one day if needed. SoCi also allows us to answer all reviews in one area instead of opening multiple sites. I highly recommend SoCi to anyone who has a business to run to have it all in one area!

I do not really have anything negative to say about SoCi. We have not had any answers using it or posting.

SoCi allows us to post to all social media platforms in one easy step and answer all of our reviews in one site instead of multiple sites.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not been able to integrate Instagram with Soci, but I believe that is because of an error in my account not linking between Facebook and Instagram, and is not Soci's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI helps me schedule and manage multiple social media platforms in one spot. It also lets me coordinate with the corporate marketing team of our franchise so that I can see what posts have been scheduled and alternate the days I post.
