Helpful to manage Social Media postings and Customer Interactions
What do you like best about the product?
I have found SOCi to be helpful in managing our social media accounts alongside our Franchisor. They can make company wide postings and I can see them before posted and make adjustments for our local needs.
I also like the ease of being able to reply to customer reviews in one place.
It is very helpful that SOCi is coordinated with our POS/scheduling system MyTime as I am able to do a lot of work in one place instead of having to go into different programs. This makes managing the business easier whether onsite or offsite.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downsides to using SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having social media management and online reputation management in one place is helpful compared to having to go to several different programs. Being able to access all of this information both onsite and offsite is helpful when as an owner I am not instore all of the time. I like the benefit of being able to work with my Franchisor on social media posting in the same program.
Time saving app for Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
There are several things I like about SOCI. First, I love how I can schedule social media posts. This makes it easy to plan ahead and make sure I have enough posts going out. Second, I like that reviews can be viewed here and responded to appropriately. Third, I like how all of our social media for our business is all in one place. I do not have to log into multiple different platforms. I can do 1 log in for all platforms. I use SOCI on a daily basis, checking reviews and scheduling posts!
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes get confused with the data that is portrayed on the first page. I try not to get to caught up in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI is allowing me to access all of my platforms in one location. I do not have to remember multiple different usernames and passwords. This saves time on my end and allows me to support my team more effectively.

Great for Multi-Location Review Management and Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SOCi is how easy it is to use and how customizable the reports are. The reporting suite makes it simple to share clear, tailored data with both field and executive teams. I also love that I can respond to up to 30 reviews at once, and the customer service is always quick, helpful, and follows up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I dislike is that the AI-generated review responses don’t sound very natural. I wish the AI felt more human and personalized. It would also be great if it could better integrate context from previous reviews or brand preferences.

SOCi helps streamline how we manage guest reviews and performance reporting across multiple locations. It saves time by allowing bulk review responses and makes it easy to share tailored reports with different teams. This helps us stay organized, respond quickly to feedback, and keep leadership informed.
Intuitive, thorough system for social media management!
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has a great user interface making it easy to toggle between posts that have been created and see them in a day, week, or month view. Scheduling the times was easy, and updating text and images was easy. The system rarely failed to post an update but did send notifications if it did.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app notifications were not the best, which could be because of the parent company who had set it up. Otherwise, everything was nice and easy to use.

It provided a user-friendly platform to select posts from a series of ones that had been created and to get them scheduled and posted, and it made it easy to create and schedule my own posts.
