We love SOCi!
What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using Soci to manage our social media and online reviews, and it has made a huge difference for us. The platform is very user-friendly, and it saves us so much time by keeping everything in one place. Scheduling posts is simple, and the reporting tools make it easy to see what’s working. The review management feature is especially helpful as it allows us to stay on top of customer feedback quickly and professionally. Overall, Soci has been a great tool to streamline our online presence, and I highly recommend it to any business looking to grow and stay organized.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps us keep all of our social media and online reviews organized in one place. Before, it was time-consuming to manage multiple platforms separately, but now everything is streamlined. Scheduling posts is much easier, and we can plan content ahead without missing anything. The review management tool also allows us to respond quickly and consistently, which helps us stay connected with our clients and protect our reputation. Overall, it saves us time, improves efficiency, and gives us a clearer view of our online presence.
SOCi makes managing social media easy
What do you like best about the product?
I can post content to all my social media accounts easily, one entry can be posted to all our accounts. Creating and uploading content are also easy. The site is intuitive, no training required. The site also offers AI re-writes of content prior to posting if desired and the budget for AI assistance is generous. The data available offers valuable insights into what works and what doesn't.
What do you dislike about the product?
SOCi could improve by enabling additional file types for posting, for example .heic files are not compatible with SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps me make efficient use of my time. We are a small business and I wear many hats. I am able to keep up with our social media accounts thanks to SOCi.

It is easy to upload my flyers for resident events

Have to do double verifications to get my content on the sites

Exremely Efficient and Helpful!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to schedule out my social media posts. This helps me ensure I am getting my social media outreach completed for my business but I don't have to do it every day because I have Soci organize it for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
Connecting some of my social media accounts sometimes gives me a hard time but customer service is there to help!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi social media platform management organization and posting as often as needed. It is saving a ton of time for me and ensures my marketing outreach os being completed.
Solid platform - streamlined with good insights
What do you like best about the product?
Automated reporting is a strong point, and our partner teams would agree. Easy to navigate with some training, and centralized dashboard is efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Listings sync can be difficult, but might be more an issue with the listing companies (Google, Apple) than SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The centralized dashboard for reviews and listings is extremely helpful, as it eliminates the need for manual management. This has made things much easier for me.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The online review platform is great. I love that it alerts you to all reviews immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
The features are sometimes not as intuitive to use or figure out. Specifically toggling between sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is handling the ORM portion of our day to day tasks and really takes this off the team's plates. And the social posting planner is the ideal product for someone that manages several sites.

SoCi does it all for you, with help on social posts and making interacting with followers easy and fun!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no story option when using Facebook. It is also impossible to log into your Facebook when you’re in SoCi. Especially when you signed up using SoCi. Also when you email for help you never get a reply or it takes weeks to get a reply.

It helps having everything in one place, makes work fast and efficient.
