SOCi is an amazing platform!!
What do you like best about the product?
We really enjoy that all platforms are connected. The convience of creating one post and being able to post it to multiple platform reall saves so much time. We would highly recommned this platform for all multifamily sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are really enjoying it so far. We have not any issues thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our community is a new lease up site. It saves so much time on the marketing and advertising side.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci is very helpful as a new agent. I like how it intergrates what features I need as a new Realtor who needs to market their homes.

I dont have anything i dislike about Soci.

My day with SOCI
What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi is user friendly. I also like that posts can be scheduled. This helps to keep me organized in what has been done and what needs to be done. I have had to contact customer support one time. Was quick to respond and action taken immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not really found anything in particular as a downside or a dislike. In the beginning it took a little getting used to, but after using frequently became very easy.

Helping to reach a greater audience/customer base

Soci allows us to post on multiple platforms so time management is a thing of the past!!!

The best part of soci is that I don't have to worry about answering complaints and worrying about what to say if someone is complaining.

I love everything, I think this is a great service to use.

They are answering back to people who complain a lot. and to allow our residents to vent out.

SOCi allows us to streamline our workload and have a source of truth. The brand consistency is a key component for our success. We also value having a team of support behind us when any issues arrise.

Sometimes we have to doublecheck updates have pushed through to other channels and submit requests multiple times for resolution.
