What do you like best about the product?
It helps manage all my social media platforms from one convienent location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigations to needed tabs is occasionally difficult or confusing to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creates a platform that combines all my social media accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that SOCi is a one-stop shop for all reputation management!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that SOCi could accommodate videos and the official Apple emojis!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi assists in SAVING TIME! Most management companies that I have worked for have strict response time requirements when it comes to responding to reviews. SOCi is a one-stop shop that saves us the time it would take to log into the different platforms and respond individually!

SOCI - ALL IN ONE

What do you like best about the product?
I run a small business and the most helpful feature about SOCI is I can manage all of my social media posts and feedback from a single site. This feature makes it much easier for me and less time consuming to manage my digital interactions with partners and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Photo sizing would be the area for opportunity for SOCI. The system will inform me the size of a photo is to big for Instagram, but it does not provide dimensions or guidelines that allow me to shrink the photo on the screen. As a result, I often post the photo on Facebook and then repost a smaller version on Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spending less time managing postings and feedback across multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it brings multiple platforms together into one streamlined system that allows you to do many things all in one. Before SOCi we had to use multiple sites to accomplish what SOCi does all by itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that was difficult at first was learning the site and all of its capabilities, I felt a bit overwhelmed looking at everything it was able to do but now that I am familiar with it I love how easy it is to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to monitor overall resident engagement as well as social media platforms and how they are perfoming.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule all of my post for all platforms. I love being able to know that working in Soci 1-3 days I am able to set up my post for the entire week!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only this is having to wait for approval. I wish the approval time was quicker but I understand the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to Post content to grow our business and reach out to more followers.

Ease of updating business hours and information to Google and other sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very difficult to navigate and find what I am looking for. Slow to load and crashes frequently.

Cross-platform and multi-location posting.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to create and share on all Social Platforms! :)
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I don't like is that I can't delete all post on Soci when needed

I haven't seen any problems at all when it comes to using Soci, I really enjoy using it on a daily bases.

Great for reviews, lackluster for social

What do you like best about the product?
I like SOCi's review management tool. Its nice to see all of the date from all directories in one place and have the ability to respond through the site. Also, the customer service at SOCi is pretty fast, especially in comparison to our previous tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
SOCi is lacking in the actualy social media department. Most analytics only come from Facebook, which is not where most of audience is super active. Coming from Hootsuite, this is a big loss as we were able to have a much better handle on insights from multiple platforms. SOCi also doesn't support TikTok yet which is a bummer as our industry & target audience is very active on TikTok. Scheduling is easy but I dislike that your caalendar does not update to show posts that were uploaded in app. This could be detrimental to accounts with multiple managers. Also, the sentiments technology is not quite there yet as the AI flags alot of comments as negative or neutral when they are positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to see all of our reviews in one place, which is making our online reputation managment much easier!

I like the convince of soci , the specific marketing to the correct audience not only saves time but it saves money
