Big time saver
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create social media posts across multiple platforms all at once. It saves me so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Twitter can be difficult to manage because there are fewer characters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't want to spend a lot of time on social media. SOCi solves that problem.
Simple, Effective, and Informative
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has been very helpful to in seamlessly managing our primary social in one place that is concise and informative. It's easy for our corporate office to prebuilt posts for us, let us the franchisee move and alter the text and tags, as well as the timing of these posts. It is also easy to see the response and effect of these posts in their report system. As a franchisee it is easy to add our own posts to their existing line up and make our social media content relevant to our individual brand as well as the overall franchise as a whole. It's easy to login in everyday and keep tabs on the new information in one place that isn't as nebulous as Meta's back end right now. I like that we can boost posts from within SOCi without having to go to 20 different screens, or figure out which of the 10 different ways you can boost a post on Meta has the feature you are looking for. The addition of stories/reels to the mix is very useful as we tend to do those almost exclusively for our branding pieces.
What do you dislike about the product?
Messages are slow. Often by the time SOCi notifies us about a message or response, we have already resolved it. Luckily we are using this as a check and balance system. It could also be a little more indepth with the statistics it gives us in the report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to login into and juggle both Facebook and Instagram using their native backend, which is often nebulous and confusing when you just want a simple answer, or to just boost a post.

What do you like best about the product?
The content that is used is amazing. It helps a new travel advisor like me who may not know where to start to get get content out to my clients
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything yet. I am still learning the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to get content out to my clients that I may not have known about or didn't have time to compose.
Great engagement tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking my engagement activity on Soci has been helpful to know when to post at peak times when my followers are online to gage the interest of potential leads!
What do you dislike about the product?
The site is a little hard to navigate, and takes time to learn all the tools available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci helps me track what type of posts are most impactful
We love SOCi, it makes our lives easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can schedule multiple social media outreaches at one time and SOCi will allow you to post to several of your social media accounts at one time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really see a downside to SOCi. It does exactly what I need it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a one stop shop for all of our social media needs. It really helps cut down the amount of time we have to spend on social media outreaches.
Soci as a social media tool
What do you like best about the product?
The importance of soci advertising lies in targeting. The Soci ads offer precise targeting that enables us to reach people more effectively. We can create one advertising post and upload it to several of our social media apps all at once using a scheduling system.
What do you dislike about the product?
That when someone comments on the post there is no easy way to get the notification. I still have to log into the platform and search for clients interaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to post to social media by schedualing posts apart from each other, so they don't post all at once and we can even schedual further out for days when the post is more adequate.
User-Friendly, All-In-One Reputation and Social Media Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
All the integrations into one platform and customer support available.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if they can provide some default ideas content by industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating with all review/reputation platforms. Provides consistent Listing information online.
Good for Streamlining but Limited Features
What do you like best about the product?
It's really nice to have a one stop shop to check on and post to all of our social platforms. I love the feature for Review inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found there are significantly less features available when creating ads through Soci as versus the individual sites. It's limiting.

It is very helpful to ensure that all social media is taken care of.

Admin approval, although I do know that is not your fault.

It is solving a multitasking/ time management issue which we had before we were able to use one platform for all posts.

I like that i can schedule multiple post it make keeping up with social media a breeze.

The onlty thing that I can think of is it does not let me post very many photos.
