Helps organize posting
What do you like best about the product?
I'm told what is needed by home office and Can just plug and play

can't always see or respond to comments easily

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes it incredibly easy to post to all of our socials with the click of a button. Also like the feature to respond to reviews rather than having to go into the actual platform the review came from
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I look at the competitor page, I have to re-enter who our competitors are in order to see their latest reviews
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I only have to go to one site to manage all of my social channels

I love the ease of the use of the platform. Anyone can use the system with ease!

Nothing at this time! All is great so far!

Being able to post our content on multiple sites with the ease of 1 posting platform has been wonderful!
Soci has given us the freedom to schedule our post and go! No fuss!
What do you like best about the product?
That you can schedule post for later dates. Working in property management can get crazy and we don't always remember or have the time to post ourselves weekly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been nothing to dislike so far.

Solving the problem of consistent posting.
Amazing Customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Working with Katie at SOCi has been phenomenal. She makes sure our biweekly touchpoints are informative and help us improve our listings as a brand. I would highly recommend SOCi to other companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't believe this is SOCi's fault, but there is a lag with the updates being published in a timely manner. I've heard of similar issues with other companies like SOCi so I believe this might be an industry-wide issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to update our listings in one convenient location is great, I'm excited to see how the social posting capabilities help us.

I like how I can shedule as many posts as a I want and how user friendly it is

I get lost in all the options avalible sometimes

They connect all the different plateforms into one, making posting and social media management a breeze
Takes the guesswork out of social media planning
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can sit down once a month and plan out my social media across multiple outlets and just let it do it's thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It occassionaly disconnects from one of my social media accounts.

It allows me to post one time and hit all of my social media platforms.

Analytics are a little difficult to understand.

This is a great option that makes content creation a breeze.

I wish TikTok was an option. We would also like more video options or premade templates.
