Great tools and support
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is simple to use for a single location or multiple users. It is easy to review content and collaborate with team members in the platform. I like the additional add-on options that are available based on need.
The additional resources that SOCi provides have been great in providing a platform to do it all.

What do you dislike about the product?
Things have been great and when there is a wishlist item the team is very receptive to ideas and implementing them to create an improved platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reputation assist has taken that responsibility of our teams and allowed a neutral 3rd party to handle. Freeing up time to solve problems before the guests leaves and taking the person feelings out of the conversation. The platform has also allowed for oversight and accountability.
We are also excited to recently have added both Ads and Boost Plus allowing users to easily schedule Social Ads or Boost posts for additional exposure while providing some company oversight on performance and content.

Able to schedule all social media posts for whole month

Suggested posts do no post up for me have to manually add all post

Getting my suggest posts ready. Takes less time for posting on social media

Pending approval process itcan take a while.

it shelping me by being all in one. I dont have to save multi sites to post it just makes it easy.
Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can spend 1 hour a week schedualing my posts for the week ahead. I can simply set the days and times I want my content to post and forget about it. You can view responses and questions easily all in one place. I also like that I can use it from my phone and not just my PC.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you cannot post Reels, which is something that would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Post schedualing and allowing my marketing manager approve of each posting.
System is incredibly easy to use. Have already recommended to my personal dentist.

There is nothing that I dislike at SOCI up to this point.

Allow us to market our company thru Social Media.
SOCi is literally our social platform bible!
What do you like best about the product?
My organization uses SOCi to house all of our properties social media platforms. One of my favoite features about SOCi is I can update information in their settings and it will feed to all the platforms linked to their SOCi account! Wwe use SOCi daily & it's extremly user friendly as well. We recently got approved for an Apple Maps enterprise account and SOCi support was able to sync all of the properties that are enrolled in SOCi directly to Apple Maps! Which completly avoided us having to manually enter each property.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be completely honest, I don't have a down side to SOCi that stands out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi solves the problem of having to manually post on multiple platforms and gathering analytics seamlessly. This benefits my organization tremendously because of the number of communities we manage. For each property to have their own SOCi login that upper management can easily log into has been amazing!

What do you like best about the product?
Soci provides an easy single-platform solution for managing many social media accounts in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost was high, and our company did not see the benefits of Soci's content creation team - their content was often very generic or had too long a lead time to be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The single platform for social media management is beneficial.
Great customer support and innovative features
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I have a dedicated Customer Success Manager to meet with me often to discuss performance and industry updates. She's proactive and answers any question I have. The features of the SOCi platform are wonderful and help tell the story of our local presence to executive teams. The new SOCi platform is easy to use and has tons of reporting options!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is when data issues pop up, it can take time to resolve. That's not necessarily a reflection of the SOCi team though as they're often waiting on Google.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing all of our locations in one place is great! SOCi makes it easy to update Q&A, photos, listing information in one place.
So convenient and while being able to provide quantity content.
What do you like best about the product?
I love soci for my real estate business. I'm able to search for content and set my calendar a month out so that I'm not scrambling to think of what to share each day. It's very convenient and easy to use.

I don't have any dislikes honestly. It works very well and great for content sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keep me from having to create a content calendar on my own.
SOCi is a wonderful tool to help me keep my name and face in front of my clients and friends.

How easy it is to use and the variety of topics keeps the audience engaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see some new content and Real Estate related topics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi addresses topics Sellers and Buyers don't always think about. It also provides new ideas for them to discover.
