Maximizing the power of social media with SOCI.

What do you like best about the product?
Once we create our content we can schedule the releases, track the response rates and based on the feedback, determine the impact of our messaging. Real time feedback which has been extremely benefitial in evolving our social media strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a benefactor, I see no downsides. If there are any, I have not experienced any nor have they had any negative impact on my social media personna.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to be a social media expert nor invest the time to keep current with all of the changes and enhancements to maximize its potential. We create our message and the rest is handled by SOCI. We want to tell as many people as possible what we do and how we can assist them in exploring business ownership as an alternative to conventional employment and investment options. SOCI is our social media voice and administration provider.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes my life easier by posting regularly to my business social media account so I don't have to!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Everything is good, no complaints!

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule my posts and to show the amount of activity each post is generating.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see better integration with the other tools we are using like Broadly to manage our reviews and impact. We also use LocaliQ for our Google generation and would like to see that more integrated, again to make it easier to manage overall planning. Not sure where the SOCi score is derviced and it doesn't give any advice on how to improve it or whether you should worry about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling my posts on Facebook. Would like to set up integration with Google and Instagram and be able to post simultaneously across all platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci is incredibly helpful for business owners to grow their social media platform and not be on social media all day, you are able to pre-schedule multiple posts, respond to reviews and messages and so much more freeing up your time to do all the other important things for your business. Personally, I use Soci about 3 times a week to check up on all our social media and to ensure we are getting good feedback. As a plus, their customer support team is incredibly responsive if you have any issues with the implementation and integration process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they just need to work on the website a bit more and make a little more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with time management so you are not spending all day trying to curate the perfect social media presence and frees up time.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about SOCI is the dashboard! I can see my Reach and Engagement across all platforms. I know their demographics, what time of day they're online, and see my Reviews. I'm older and not fluent in technology, so SOCI is a very helpful tool for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've only had SOCI for a short time, so far, and have not encountered any downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI is keeping me abreast of my social media advertising, helping me see what's working and what's not. Visually, I can see if I'm posting at 7PM and my followers are on at 10AM, there's a disconnect, and can change my posting schedule to get more engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Their staff have been incredibly collaborative, when we've had periods of poor service their leadership team jumped in to make it right and set us on a better course.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is missing some key features we would like, listings update confirmation being one, and the software update pipeline is slower than we would like. But you'll find that with any platform I would think.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidation of our reviews, some reporting, thus far a solid listings partner.

Our business is acquistion based, so we have to try and claim a lot of exisiting GMB profiles. The SOCi listings team have had moderate success helping us do so, not as fast as we'd like but they are a great partner to lean on and augment our team.
