SOCi is great for scheduling posts and I love that it helps come up with ideas for future posts!

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about SOCi is being able to schedule multiple posts ahead of time and that everything gets approved by corporate BEFORE it’s posted. It helps keep us out of trouble and makes sure we are upholding company standards while still getting to be creative!
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I dislike is that when you need to edit a post you have to go into each individual scheduled posts for the different platforms to make edits. If you want to edit the text maybe there could be a way to select which ones you want to edit all at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps us active on social media so that our name and brand can remain prominent in the public eye.

Easy Way to Post Content Consistently

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is pre-selected content that I can choose to post or not. I can edit each post to include my own style of voice, and I can drag-and-drop the content to various days of the week so as to not overlap with organic posts that I do. It is very easy to use, although I have a feeling there's more I could be doing with this tool
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to boost a post directly from SOCi. I would also welcome formal live training, a walk through the dashboard "how to", as well as tips on how to build your reach. It would also be great to offer video content as that tends to get higher visibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having ready to go content that I can use to keep my facebook followers engaged.

I am not a big user of social media so this is an easy way for me to manage multiple platforms and reply to customers

I wish I could boost posts across meta platforms through Soci rather than the Meta Business Suite

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi complies all of our online reviews into one platform for easy responses.

The AI tool doesn't always create the best review responses, but it is still helpful.

SOCi brings all of our online reviews into one place and allows us to quickly respond. It also provides us a social media planning calendar and allows us to post across multiple platforms all at one time.

Slightly difficult to learn the app. Not many training tools to answer questions.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing I have found using Soci is being able to post to all of my media channels, only having to create the post once. I appreciate the AI generated responses, sometimes I just can't put something tactful together and this really helps. I haven't had to use any customer support resources as of this time. I have recently started using the program a lot more for posting on socials and sending surveys after specific events. Getting to know Soci has been easy. I am generally tech savvy, and adapted to this program well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything specifically negative to say about Soci at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is helping me remain without emotion in responses, specifically the AI generated responses are the most helpful part I have found. It responds accurately to the review/comment, etc. and the option to regenerate the response if I don't like it is great.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to make posts and also plan them for the future. It's also great to know what I am putting out is approved and appropriate. It's also super easy to migrate posts from the main corporate social media to our own local pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit of a learning curve to figure out how to use and also I wish I could post to local groups sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci helps us to solve how to manage our social media within our brand standards.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi gives us the ability to manage and grow our brand presence across multiple platforms from one dashboard. The local SEO features, review monitoring, and social media scheduling tools are incredibly helpful in staying on top of engagement especially as a busy business owner. It saves time and helps us stay consistent without having to juggle multiple logins or tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations feel a little limited or clunky at times, especially when posting media-heavy content across different platforms. It could also benefit from a deeper analytics breakdown at the local level to show what’s actually driving customer action or conversions. We’ve had a couple of instances where support took longer than expected to resolve issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a growing automotive detailing business with multiple services and a physical location, staying on top of online reviews, local listings, and consistent social media posting was becoming time consuming. SOCi helps streamline everything saving us time, improving brand consistency, and helping boost our local visibility. We've seen an increase in reviews, engagement, and search ranking since implementation.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the convenience of being able to upload and schedule posts across all platforms at once. It really saves so much time! I’ve used SOCi at multiple lease-ups already, and it’s been a great tool every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m unable to upload photos or videos that exceed a certain file size. However, if the same photo or video is posted directly to the social media platform, there wouldn’t be any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi allows me to schedule and publish posts to all platforms at once, which saves a significant amount of time and ensures consistency in branding and messaging.
