We love SOCi!
What do you like best about the product?
The entire process with SOCi has been seamless to say the least. From our initial few meetings trying to get a sense of whether or not the product will meet our goals, to the onboarding process, to the support - every single person we have worked with has been so helpful. Honestly it couldn't have been easier to implement. The platform itself is very easy to use, meets all of our needs, and is updated regularly. The best part has been the feedback from our owners - they have been so excited about this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has not been anything so far that we have disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been doing automated content for our locations for several years now but we have always wanted them to have the ability to customize and edit the content that is scheduled. Up until now it has not been possible. With SOCi, we are finally able to give them this capability and it is a game changer. Being able to customize certain text and hashtags has also been a great added feature. The ability to auto post stories, auto post our blogs, and have more robust libraries and planning tools have all made our day to day workload easier.

The platform is solid and easy to use, manages online reputation, and is a trusted platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
None I can think of as of right now!!!!!

I'm able to plan content to post on most platforms ahead of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that TikTok isn't available on this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to log in to different platforms and post content one-by-one.
SOCI is a great marketing tool and helps businesses connect with there customers!

The app is very user friendly. The support team they have in place is very helpful.

Nothing. I enjoy SOCi and I cannot think of anything l would change about it.

Connecting with customer reviews and helping to address any issues.
Makes posting to social media a breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
You can post to more than one social media site at the same time. Schedule posts for specific days and times. This makes it much easier ensuring we dont miss a platform. posting events in the area and for our property got so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! No complaints right now.

Getting more attention to our company and reaching more users.

Easy Social Management Postings in one place!
What do you like best about the product?
Soci is great to help manage posting on diffrent sites and see all the postings for the month on all sites in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be cool if it showed you what post got more enagement then others

Being able to use 1 site to post on all social media sites
One dashboard for all ratings and reviews and responses
What do you like best about the product?
that it is ONE central place to go to for responding to all reviews and updating business information for multiple locations
What do you dislike about the product?
it is SUPER slow to load for me so sometimes it takes a long time for the pages to load

not having to go to multiple different websites and platforms and programs - it is all centralized into one place

An incredibly useful and integrative tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to schedule posts across all social media platforms from one space. Having access to all of my inboxes and being able to respond from one place is also super helpful. I love that you can customize posts to fit different social medias as well as the time periods you can schedule posts in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was easier to tag people in posts from SOCi. I feel like I can't tag people unless I am making the post on the designated social media, which limits how often I can use SOCi for making unique social media posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi makes it easy for me to schedule all of my social media posts, view my marketing calendar, see responses to my posts, reviews, and other inbox messages across all platforms, and makes it easy to see everything about my social medias in one place.
