Nothing comes to mind! So far everything is working great.

Saving time for having to post on multiple platforms and check multiple sites - it's all in one place with SOCi.

A Great Solution for Multi-Location Businesses and Reputation Management
What do you like best about the product?
Relatively easy use, responsive support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can feel a bit behind in UI & other aspects compared to competitors.

One central place for social media and reputation management for over 100 locations.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how I am able to schedule posts ahead of time and advertise different sales. I also really enjoy the fact that I can do this for both of my store locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to get used to. Some kinks are still being ironed out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It consolidates both of my stores so I can schedule together or separatly. It makes it easier for me to connect with customers via our different social media platforms. I really like how I can interact with Goggle reviews.

Super easy to use. My favorite feature is the calendar.

Nothing! We had issues getting our instagram loogged in but that was an error on our end.

Scheduling posts so that we don't have to worry about it all month!

What I like most about soci is able to easily communicate with our team and access to all social platforms on Soci. When I was first introduced to Soci the customer support was amazing and I was provided with easy to follow how to lessons. Every day I am able to communicate,collaborate, and plan ahead what to post on our community social media. Soci is very user friendly and allows me to upload my projects from any platform. I have more time to complete my daily tasks throughout the week. Thank you Soci!
What do you dislike about the product?
I Genuinley like soci, but if I have to give an example of what I dislike, it would be the Instagram post as story option. I want to post on instagram as a story and post, but as of now it is one or the other. Also add the post as story option to Facebook. It would be nice if post as story option was available like the "is this post a competition" option is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our properties relationship with the community. Our community is very active and we use Soci to post events happening in Old Town Lewisville. Main and Mill is a brand new multi family home, so the schedualer available on Soci helps enure our brand new property is becoming known. We now have an overview of how much were posting, with the help of our engagements and seeing how many people we reached. Our property knows the peak time to post, increasing our traffic, which means more potential leases.
