It's good but it could be better
What do you like best about the product?
I like the analytics and the scheduler parts. It is easy to schedule posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a "planner" or something like that where you can brainstorm what you are wanting to do and maybe it'll notify you same day if you had something "planned" but didn't post it. I want to go through the app to schedule posts but sometimes for my authentioc posts I forget to go in the week of and schedule them out and I'm too nervous to put "place holder" posts as I am worried I'll forget about them. I also wish the editing features were more user friendly. I feel like it's much harder to use filters whereas if I just went through the Instagram app I could easily just click the filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is nice to use to schedule posts so I don't have to worry about them

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to manage reviews, scheduling and handle reputation management for all social media profiles for businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall pretty complete platform with great support center and friendly navigation. Not much I dislike about SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily managing and keeping up with 100+ locations, multi-location owners, and scheduling social media.
Happy with the automation, scheduling, and GUI.

The reporting and metrics aren't as in-depth or intuitive.

Managing multple Social Media platforms, scheduling across them all, along with content repository selections.
Easy and faster readability of listings data
What do you like best about the product?
Its consistent way of easy and faster readability of listing data with great number of features
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool doesn't yet have the feature of MoM comparison
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is helping us gather all listings information under one tool making it easy for evalution and updates
Good, not Great
What do you like best about the product?
They have been a great partner when trying to do something different, and they embrace the changes they may need to make to be a good partner to other businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are really bad with communication and they have a lot of turnover/change of team members and during this process there is a lot of darkness on their side, lack of communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are working hard to really match their customers needs - they have with us at least and they are finding good partnerships within social and online reputation that is helping them be the leader of the pack in the undustry.
LOVE how easy it is to manage my social media posts + reviews!

Review assistance! It is so easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be hard to get my leasing team to take the time to use.

Helps me manage my social media calendar and reply to all my reviews! (with different things to say so I don't sound like a robot)
Set it and forget it
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for social media posts are great for staying in your sphere's feed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish I could schedule posts farther in advance to sit down do a few months at a time. When I get behind, which is more and more lately, I never know what I'm going to be posting.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we are able to post to mutiple platforms at once. Also, I love planning ahead for different events, photos, videos, and stories.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could move images around once they are uploaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci has helped me with planning out my marketing techniques. Before I would forget different captions or videos to post, now I am able to do it for the entire month and keep my ideas together in one area.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci has a lot of features for review management. There are also a lot of features for managing and updating listing location data at scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service is not there. This is not an industry-leading platform, so what they need to compete with other platforms is to lean into the service component of the offering and less on technology. If customer support is important to you, I would not recommend Soci.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing location data at scale. For any organization that has multiple geographic locations, using a service or platform to manage at scale is a must. It is important to balance the technology and feature offerings with the service component. Soci is not doing well at either.
Easy Social Media Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to schedule posts ahead of time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything about SOCi is great! There is nothing I would do differently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an all in one platform multiple users can access to make a schedule posts. I love that we can plan a month or more in advance and all the work is done after that.
