Easy to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things that I do appreciate with SOCi is its user friendly features. For the most part, its pretty simple to navigate and goes in depth with making sureI I have all the tools I need to assist me in social media management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had just a few more connections and ways for me to edit my media content on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving the problem of helping me see the traffic that is partaking on our website and the reviews that are left behind. Its helping agency growth.
It is good but it can be improved.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the posts can be scheduled for specific dates and times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it can let me create more content myself. It does not have the tool to allow me do this. Also, it's library does not have much resources.

It is periodically posting content on my social media, so I do not have to worry about posting all of the time.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps our staff navigate social media and engagement more efficiently. A great "1 stop shop" for everything we need in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints yet. Still testing out the platform.

It is minimizing the different platforms needed to manage our social media, engagement and reviews.

There is nothing I've dislike so far about SOCi, I am fairly new but so far the experience and help provided by staff and website has been outstanding!

Making it easy to post on all our websites across all of our communities at once. Easy to post/schedule up coming events for prospects and residents

Soci puts all our profiles in one place. It is easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Soci is missing a lot of features, you cant make some updates to GMB pages through the platform but it does give you the options in SOCI. The reports are messy and its confusing becuase all of the info is not in one place.

Soci helps us promote our property 3 times a week. It helps us with online/social reputation. We also have reviews come in through soci too

What do you like best about the product?
Extemely user friendly, helps stay on top of social media for our business. I love how it saves us time and money while prioritizing our business sounding professional at all times.

We love it- no complaints, its been more than we expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves us alot of time posting to multiple social media platforms, helps us to quickly respond to any reviews. We love how we can save prewritten responses to reviews also which saves us time but never compromises our professionalism.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has done a good job of listening to our feedback, investigating questions and issues, and communicating answers. The SOCi team did a great job designing and implimenting our local store pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SOCi platform feels somewhat incomplete. Certian aspects of the platform are counter-intuitive and we often struggle to get complete and direct answers to our questions. When asped about features or integrations, SOCi team members often don't know the answers and need to research or consult with their developers. Because of this, the platform feels somewhat incomplete like it's being actively developed while we are using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Local store pages (store locator) - SOCi local store pages are a huge upgrade from our previous solution. This is mostly due to the integrated/embeded OLO menus on the local store pages.
Online reputation management - SOCi provides a solution for us to view and respond to reviews. This works most of the time.
Local Listings Management - We have this service through SOCi affiliate OLO Sync. This process has been the most problematic as the communication between SOCi and OLO is often muddled and confusing.
