SOCI is a great tool for marketing, saves valuable time.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that we can upload one video or picture and have it post to all our Social Media places.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. We absolutely love SOCI!

SOCI has saved the company hundreds of hours in posting social media.
SOCI is very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how SOCI allows you to post across multiple platforms and to keep up with all of those posts and accounts from one main source. It also lets you see how many engagements are made and what app is getting the most attention. This allows for you to keep up with the best platform the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Soci could be easier to use in my opinion. It seems like there is alot of unnecessary steps and sometimes it doesnt seem to be accurate on viewing percentage or likes. Other than that it is a pretty easy to use and nice website to boost ads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to post alot of ads in a short amount of time when im very busy
Great tool that saves time
What do you like best about the product?
It is super quick and easy to post one thing to multiple platforms. In just a couple clicks, I can get the word out to Facebook, Insta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok and more!!
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have Youtube...yet! This is a pretty useful place to post shorts...long form not so much, but shorts for sure.

Quick to post across multiple platforms
Love using Soci. Very easy to manage

How easy it is to navigate and being able to post social media posts in advance where we couldn't before. We use Soci at least 3 times a week. Even as a beginner it was so easy to figure out and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many template options to choose from if I use them

Posting social media posts in advance. Posting on multiple sites in an easy manner
It has been easy to use and fun to manage everything on one platform.

I like that you can make posts that will be posted on several different platforms and that you can schedule different post's throughout the month.

I have yet to find anything that I dislike about SOCi

That I can schedule posts ahead of time and create posts for several different platforms
SOCi very user friendly, you can set up posts for several social media outlets with ease.
What do you like best about the product?
Soci allows me to easily make posts for various social media platforms at the same time. I am able to use their social scheduler to plan posts either daily or weekly. I am also able to upload pictures from my phone to the app in order to post while I'm on the go. If we have had any issues, the customer service team helps up right away with getting everything figured out.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the app I sometimes have trouble responding to some comments on social media. But when I get on the computer it is much easier to respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using SOCi it saves us from having to log into several different social media platforms for our multiple businesses in order to make posts. It ensures that our posts remain the same across all platforms.

Soci Is Great
What do you like best about the product?
I have been dealing with Soci for about three years now & the reason has been wonderful. It helps those that are not in the area I am in to find out about our apartments. It allows others to interact with residents, the property and the community. Soci is very easy to use. I wish all platforms could use Soci including myself for my own personal business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all,the app is easy to use and the website as well. Nothing should be changed from Soci

What do you like best about the product?
The automatic review features, like the ability to simply click 'generate' for assistance, are helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate that it doesn't simply generate a generic star rating without any accompanying comments.
