SOCi is Changing the Content Calendar Game
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi's content calendar has made it so easy for me to post across all the platforms for the 60+ social media accounts that I work with. Without them, I could never have made as much content available to so many different accounts. I use this program every single day without fail. It's so easy to use, to implement, and to integrate into your everyday use.
Pat Scott is literally the best! Any issues that we have he answers so quickly, and efficiently. He's easy to get along with and makes the implementation of SOCi a must.

What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to link in stories is a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving the problem of having to post mass amounts of content at one time across more than 50 social media accounts. I could never do it without their platform.

What do you like best about the product?
It has allowed our agency to manage multi-location social media and listings at large scale for our clients, in a way that few platforms have to offer. We and our clients use it every day. The SOCi team is also extremely receptive to feature enhancements, quick to resolve issues, and truly feel like partners in iterating and building the best solution for clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't "dislike" anything about SOCi. I would love to see more upkeep in competition with other scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Sprout) in the social media arena. Some of our clients prefer those in terms of ease of use or social listening, so we actively have to train/implement processes and try to get them to stay in SOCi for all of the social channels we can. However, I am aware the listings management is a larger piece of SOCi's business most likely, and may take priority over social scheduling capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an agency, our clients are multi-location organizations. They need moderation/brand safety, and consistency across national and local channels at scale, while still giving their location/market leads enough room to customize for their unique audience. SOCi allows us to customize that balance for each client and mitigate the concerns they have around moderation.
One Dashboard for all Review monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
The listing feature is a lifesaver! Being able to do a healthcheck of my listings and have one click approvals on the dashboard to keep my GMB pages fresh is great! Also, being able to monitor reputation health has been great
What do you dislike about the product?
The genius feature is not as "hands off" with the AI as I was expecting. It's a good tool but the multilayer approval process when I was inputting information as an admin is tedious. Also, Genius social is a bit complicated. The set up is kind of long but the output for most of the products is worth it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have a quick analyses on my portfolio then I'm able to drill into potential problem areas is great.
Streamlined Social Management Across Properties
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi's Scheduler, makes it easy to to post across multiple platforms with just one tool, and that it can create AI generated posts that are different from each other. I can use it whenever I need, which is all the time. And can communicate my issues with the SOCi team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a few things I think that I run into it. The moments that it uses the same verbiage to start every post. The strange glitches it has that makes me not entirely sure I can just generate and post. The fact it sometimes makes the same mistake over and over again (however it just might just need time for learning) .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving us a lot of time and allowing us to reach more eyes faster with marketing and community events.

Working with Patrick Scott! His support and knowledge are our favorite parts about working with Soci.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Soci Social Media Dashboard is not easy to use. Posting to social media is outdated. I would like to be able to schedule posts to ticktok, Fb and Insta that include trendy videos and music. Currently I am limited and prefer to post to my pages directly from my app rather than use the content calendar in Soci.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is managing the comments on my platform, this helps me ensure that my audience is being interacted with.
Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
The support i've gotten from this team has been great. setting up the platform can be challanging but not because of SOCi. They bring together solutions for any speedbumps from the various platform and their expertise allows it to be as smooth as it can be.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything specific that i dislike about soci at this time

The amount of admin that it takes to update certain aspects as of various platforms
Great Product but UI Could be Better
What do you like best about the product?
Great product with a lot of features, great integration to other platforms. Their customer service is outstanding and ver receptive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall design and UI of the platform feels a little outdated and not as user-friendly as you'd expect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple locations that need social media oversight. This helps us see what is being posted, go through an approval process, make sure the social media content is strong and relevant. It also allows us to post on behalf of individual locations with ease.

I like that I can access all the social media accounts linked to the business and am able to post to multiple at one time.

I haven't used it enough to know any of this yet.
