What do you like best about the product?
Easy access to content catalogs and scheduling posts is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to have better integration with Canva... it seems like some of the features are unavailable.

Scheduling social media posts that align with the brand and are created for us ahead of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how SOCi makes the posting and sharing of community content and events much easier. It's a huge time saver, allowing us to get the right amount of information out in a timely manner to more people across the web. At the click of a button, we can update information and have new posts up in seconds. The setup was user-friendly and easy to get things started. I also appreciate that SOCi allows you to get your information out there in the right streams and for millions to see in a matter of minutes.

I use SOCi to post social media updates efficiently, keeping residents and prospects informed. It's a huge time saver, making content sharing quick and reaching millions easily.

helpful with ideas and suggestions with online presence. with trendy ideas.

hard to get started. I dont like having to use minimum words to describe what I dislike. I dont really dislike anything so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I currently do no have any business problems that need Soci help for. I am hoping to see some improvement in my client traffic . we will see.

SOCi makes it incredibly easy to manage multi-location social media in one place. What do you dislike about the product?
Some features can feel a bit limited or clunky, especially when handling large batches of content. Certain tools also require extra steps that slow down workflow. Occasional glitches in scheduling or posting can be frustrating, and the user interface could be more modern and responsive.

SOCi helps solve the challenge of managing multiple social media accounts across different locations and platforms. It centralizes scheduling, approvals, and content creation, which saves time and reduces errors. It also helps ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels. With SOCi, I can easily monitor performance, streamline workflows, and collaborate more efficiently with my team. Overall, it simplifies multi-location social media management and allows me to focus more on strategy instead of juggling tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate SOCi’s robust insights and reporting capabilities, which provide valuable data to assess performance quickly across all our store locations. The platform’s ability to easily group locations enhances our operational efficiency. Moreover, the customizable nature of SOCi is another significant strength; it allows us to modify attributes globally for all 2,500 store locations with remarkable speed. This adaptability is essential for managing a large number of stores, making transitions and adjustments both swift and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the support tickets to be slow in response time, which is problematic when urgent issues with store listings arise, and timely resolutions are necessary within the same day. Additionally, during the initial setup of SOCi, there were numerous challenges in aligning the data stream accurately, particularly concerning store hours, which resulted in a cumbersome implementation process.

I use SOCi for managing store listings for 2,500 locations and quickly adapting store hours during events. It helps by being responsive and providing page template enhancements. The insights and easy location grouping aid in performance assessments.
