Automated Posting is a Lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can set the posts and forget it and maintain consistency
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as engaging content and sometimes a lot of agents end up looking cookie cutter because all posts look the same
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I despise social media on a personal level so it helps me stay focused on other parts of my business

What do you like best about the product?
Very Simple to use. Makes editing things easy. Easy to click on what you need. Everything all in one place. Easy to use Calendar to set up social media posts.

Nothing. Everything works fine. Can't Complain

Easy to use and post to multiple sites all at the same time

Nothing really. If there's ever anything we can't figure out on the platform it is easy to get in contact with someone to help.

Good product
What do you like best about the product?
Very useful to be able to set and forget basic socials with easy updates when I need to make changes. Love that my brokerage can push out info, too.

Would love a simpler integration into my daily processes

Automating posting and updatesI can set it and forget it so I can be out serving my clients while still reaching out to new ones.

I do not like it, it's not user friendly. Haven't received information/training on how SOCI actually works.

Managing my website is complicated, have not received instructions on how to use.

A time saver for any business
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has been a huge time saver for my small business and corporate office. Posting on all the social media platforms and responding to reviews all in one place is a game changer. Usually working on the computer platform to upload posts, I do find having the app on my phone great for getting notifications regarding reviews. I like responding right away and acknowledging my team when they get a review quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I like the reporting aspect of SOCi, it's not perfect regarding spam. I get spam that has impacting my sentiment reporting which hasn't been able to be blocked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly answering reviews has been very beneficial.
