Making easy work
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has saved me a ton of time with social media postings. I can schedule some time one day and schedule out the entire month of postings on multiple platforms. Super helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I want to add an additional unscheduled posting it takes a bit to figure out how/where to add it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves a ton of time and allows me to schedule and post to multiple platforms. Makes me aware of questions asked in case I missed them.
SOCi was good, and getting better
What do you like best about the product?
That there are constant updates to the system, so things that were not working get resolved and start working, then are refined to make them work better.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it was about passing the buck. I would contact SOCi, and they would tell me to contact Farmers, and Farmers would tell me it is SOCi's responsibility. The Farmers help person would get the info to SOCi for me and get my needs met.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far it has been about Social Media posting to X, Facebook, Insta, Google, and LinkedIn as well as responding to reviews. I am hoping we get the other features that are in the training videos, those are not in the "Farmers" platform yet.
SOCi is amazing for resident feedback
What do you like best about the product?
I love the immediate responses to reviews from residents. SOCi is incredibly easy to use and was seemless implementation into our processes. I love the weekly reports giving me an overview of my portfolio.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a single items that was difficult to use with the system.

Online Reputation Managment, immediate feedback to resident and tracking on my portfolio

What do you like best about the product?
I love the scheduling feature on SOCi. Being able to schedule out posts in advance allows me to dedicate time to other things knowing my posts will be sent through with no issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that the implementation of new updates on the social media apps is a little slow. Not being able to upload multiple photos to a single instagram post is a little disheartening considering the feature has been out for a few years now.

Social media engagement! Being able to engage with your community is huge for retention.

Making it convient to post content on all of my social media platforms in one spot. The ability to schedule and plan out monthly to ensure activity on all of my social media pages. Insight to market through reporting and review management.

At this time I have no complaints. It seems to be providing all the features that is claims to have.

It lets me post to all my social media platforms, without Soci, I might not take the time to do it.
User Friendly Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Soci is a user friendly platfofrm that is easy to use. It was integrated seamlessly. I like that I am able to save time by having all of my information in one place. I use Soci weekly in my role.

There was a small learning curve to using Soci

SOCi integrates all of our social media and review platforms into one system, creating one central place to find this information. It also has created and easy place to schedule social media posting in order to market my product in the best way.
It has been great to have all social media data in one place!
