Easy site to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the interactive calendar to help organize things
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any downsides so far. Sometime it can be a little slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to keep track of indivudal postins across multiple locations
Soci is such a quick and easy way to get a message out on multiple Social Platforms.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to send messages to FB, Google and Instagram with only one post. The ease of attaching photos and being able to see reviews and respond directly through the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it's Soci's issue but instagrams. It's aggravating that some pictures that will post to FB and Google are over the limit size for Instagram. Also, I don't like the response of 'Positive, Negative or Neutral' as they are not accurate with the comments received.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting the word out quickly and timely. Being able to schedule notices is great. I do love the ease of the site use.
It is very easy to use and understand.
What do you like best about the product?
Soci makes it quick and easy for us to schedule posts for our social media platforms to expand our business. It also easily connects to Canva to be able to make our own designed posts!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of SOCi is having the think of consistent things to post on there lol
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi allows us to post all updates on community events on social media, which then elimates the problem of having to personally notify all interested parties of the events.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to respond to reviews. Customer support is quick to respond to issues. Easy to see reviews on social media sites that are linked as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Review responses need to have an easier way to add emoji's. It always removes them when I first submit the response and I have to go in and edit the response just to add it again. A 😊 at the end of a response makes a huge impact on how people feel when they see that the business owner responded to their review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've noticed an increase in people calling in for quotes since Farmers switched to SOCi.
I love soci, it helps me schedule my social media posts.
What do you like best about the product?
SoCi is super helpful if you are really busy and need to plan your social media content for your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think SoCi could use some modern tweaks when posting certain content but aside from that its great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage multiple social media pages and respond to all sorts of reviews for our business in one spot.
Everything at your fingertips
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is incredible with toggles to sort and filter based on your need. Automated reports make the process a no-brainer and I especially appreciate the roll-up reports by portfolio and notification system as new reviews are received. The interface is clean, user friendly and easy to learn. I'm thrilled we've moved to this platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a mobile app so that i could access the information while in the field vs. logging into a website from my mobile device (having to zoom in etc).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One login makes this easy to use, and the auto-alerts keep me posted when i am too busy to login. I love being able to access this at my fingertips and the alerts are helpful and not overwhelming.

The most helpful thing about SOCi is being able to respond to customer reviews all from one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about SOCi is having to use a search engine to access it. I would like it to be an app.

SOCi is helping us save time by being able to post and schedule post to our different social media platforms.

The scheduling feature is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
That we cannot edit pictures for IG stories.

creating reports on reviews, posting etc.
Not a fan of SOCI
What do you like best about the product?
The filters for finding engagements, that's about it
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that the pages entirely refresh to page one when you change a single engagement's sentiment (sentiments are often tracked wrong, making me have to track them manually). The fact that engagements take 5-20 seconds EACH to load when I try to expand details. The fact that i can't see what posts the engagements take place on without expanding. The fact that the sentiment and resolve rate reporting is often wrong. For example, engagements will show 0 negative comments, but the insights will say 7% negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci allows me to see all platform engagements in one place, but that's not a feature that's unique to SOCi
SOCi has been very helpful with my needs and responds in a prompt manner.

SOCi staff is very helpful, knowlegable and available.

Need a little more assistance with navigating through the options
