What do you like best about the product?
The use of SOCi is easy to see reviews about my gym.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little busy on the start page and hard to find what you're looking for.

It shows reviews for me to take in to account.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Soci allows you to post across multiple social media accounts easily and concurrently to show a unified message across all popular channels.
The system setup is intuitive and easy to use.
Implementation was quick and easy. We just needed to set up and link our social media accounts to add them to Soci.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not overly familiar with the nuances of all of the different social media platforms so I wish there was a way to preview your posts so you can see how they will look when they are posted.
Not all of my posts were posted as expected and I was not able to figure out why some worked and others did not.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We just opened a new business and setting up our social media/online presence is a massive undertaking. Soci makes managing our social media content and campaigns a breeze as opposed to accessing each individual platform every time we have a post to share. Soci dramatically cuts down the time I would need to spend handling social media freeing up my time to focus on other matters needed to get our business up and running.

I love how easy it is to use. It's a one stop shop!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found something I don't like about SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to access all platforms at the same time in on place.

It is an all in one platform. I'm able to do so much with it and it saves us money to not own multiple platforms.

Great Tool for Property Managers!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to navigate, the dashboard is very user friendly. I also love the scheduled posts, its a really cool feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of honestly! Its a nice tool for Property Managers, it makes managing all of our social media accounts much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is amazing for social media. I love all the graphs and how easy it is to post. I have used this platform at another property that I worked at and it was a great addition.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it so I don't have to manually review the social media postings before they are posted, (unlike the last social media management company we have Hearsay Social.)

I dont have to sign into EVERY single platform to keep track.

Engagements and notificiations must be checked manually

The numbers of interactions better to analyze effectiveness versus other mediums (newspaper and radio advertising)

Allows for the management of online profiles in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. It is very intuative and simple to figure out. I was able to create a profile and easily connect my social profiles plus get started scheduling content within minutes! I love how I can see a week or a month of scheduled content at a time! A couple months in and I am still really enjoying the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've only had a few weeks under my belt with using it. Right now I don't dislike anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It used to take me about 2.5 hours a week to download/upload premade social media content to all the different platforms. Now I can do that with in seconds per post. It allows me more time to edit and create more individualized content. I have gained more time to be working on the business.

What do you like best about the product?
I like SOCI because all you need to monitor and track and communicate as far as marketing, are in one place and that you can see teh trend.
What do you dislike about the product?
If SOCI pulls from each account, exp; facebook, instagram, tiktok, etc. and funnel to SOCI, would be great. This way it is not only tracking if it is posted on SOCI.

All social media platforms are managed in one place. It saves time and gives thorough feedback.
