Soci Works!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use once you find where in the Dashboard you are supposed to be. Links to multiple pages making it easy to update from one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboard can be confusing on where to go. Reminders of when to update hours for our seasonal business may be helpful (Google sends these ahead of holidays which is a nice reminder).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to update changes from one centralized location-- saves me time!

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are a little hard to use and you need to be taught how to use them, such as the ability to make a post (you need to go through a couple other pages and things before you can actually find out where to make the post)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to coordinate social media easily over three branches of our business is so valuable, as is being able to tackle all social media needs on one platform instead of having to jump between websites.
Streamlined Social & Reputation Management for Multi‑Location Brands
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi gives me one command center for everything that matters: I can hook up all our social accounts, line up weeks of posts in advance (a lifesaver during busy seasons), and handle every comment or review from one inbox instead of ten tabs. Toss in the customizable reports—perfect for proving ROI to the boss—and it’s hard to beat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Two pain points stand out:
Platform reconnect headaches. When Instagram disconnected, the relinking gauntlet was anything but intuitive—cryptic error messages, no step‑by‑step guide, and a lot of back‑and‑forth with corporate (plus my friendly neighborhood ChatGPT). A clearer, idiot‑proof reconnect wizard would save hours.
Content + creative gaps.
Discovery feed: Great concept, but most suggested articles feel miles away from the janitorial / facilities‑services world, so we never repost.
Design workflow: There’s no Canva integration (or native design studio), so we end up downloading assets, uploading again, and losing momentum. A built‑in editor or direct Canva connector would tighten the whole publish cycle.

Predictably, those channels went quiet whenever things got busy. We tried to patch the gap with Hootsuite’s free plan, which used to cover three social accounts—but once they trimmed it to one, we were right back where we started unless we ponied up for a paid tier. Meanwhile, online reviews were piling up across Google, Yelp, and Facebook with no easy way to stay on top of them.
SOCi changed all of that in one swoop. Now we queue a post once and it goes live everywhere—Facebook, Insta, LinkedIn, the whole crew. All the comments and DMs land in a single inbox, so we’re not hopping between ten browser tabs to keep conversations moving. The platform even pulls in reviews from every major site, letting us respond quickly and keep our ratings bright. It is very easy to navigate, and it’s a great way to gain community response.

The AI rewrite for posts is an amazing feature. It does a great job. The calendar of scheduled posts is a nice layout to see everything in one spot. The analytics are good for gauging social media health and effectiveness, but not something I use often.

It majorly restricts features and functions of facebook. Users are not able to post stories or make reels which help viewers see the user. Visually it's not as user friendly as the actual facebook app. These 2 things make it very frustrating. I've cut way back on social media use, since the company has mandated use of Soci

At the higher level for posts going to all locations by the company, it may be helpful for my company. For myself directly and my location, it's not benefitting me

What do you like best about the product?
Clean interface, ability to post across multiple platforms, ability to schedule future posts, and monitor reviews helping me to respond more quickly.

There are occasional delays in syncing with Facebook.

Very effective - Missing some features
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we are able to manage all of our social media accounts. It is easy to use and we are able to schedule out multiple posts so we are always posting something.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that we were able to navigate the other parts of our social accounts that are important to our business. For example we follow other businesses and tag them when we collaborate. We like to engage with other community pages and for those we have to leave soci and go into all of the specific platforms. I would love for truly everything to be managed in one place if that is even possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to see what is being posted and where through our national campaigns and then we can fill in the gaps with local content.
