New platform for us but getting used to it
What do you like best about the product?
Our company switched to using SOCi at the start of the year and it is super easy to use and post pre-approved content to our social media platforms that we have. It definately took some time to get used to it. The implementation of SOCi from our old platform went fairly smoothly. I would say I use the platform 1-2 times a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things that we are unable to change on our websites without prior approval and changing content is a little tricky. The support team was very responsive but kind of a hassel to get the help we need right away. Would be nice if there was a chat feature with customer support

A Great Tool In Capable Hands
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy to schedule social media posts between each of our business' and helps us manage SEO with our google business profile.
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the UI looks outdated, cold use a facelift overall.

Solves the problem of needing to og into each platform seperatley. saves me a lot of time and hassle.
Quick and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy and simple way to manage all my social media platforms while staying active and on top of things!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to manage with a lack of stories on instagram, but it's taught me to make use of everything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to plan ahead on the social media I aim to upload and manage analytics. This way I'm able to keep ahead with what platforms are lacking and where I can best improve.

Soci makes it easy to schedule all of my upcoming social media posts in one place! The one stop shop makes managing social media so easy

They make it easy for our agency to post on multiple platforms with one post. We are notified of any reviews and able to respond promptly.

No complaints! We have been satisfied with them.

Allowing us to post content across multiple platforms with ease. Having review, SEO info, etc. in one location.
User-Friendly Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the calendar feature! I can see easily what days I am posting and what will be posted. Planning ahead is vital in my role.
What do you dislike about the product?
The key words picked up can be oversensitive. Had a corprate approved post that had the word "includes" in it and I couldn't post it because "CLU" was an unpermitted word.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi allows me to post to multiple social media sites at the same time and provides my corporate approved posts to select from.
Soci is Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating flyers and posting them to all our social networks together is the greatest 1 thing about Soci.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing i dislike about Soci. It is a 1 stop shop tool for all my needs.

Schedule a lot of content for more than 1 month
So beneficial to our business!!
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes posting to social media a breeze. You can schedule posts for days, weeks, even months in advance! It is also easy to link multiple social media platforms to post at the same time which is so helpful for our business. It's a great hub for so many resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I have noticed is I am unable to create something as a story & a post at the same time.

It makes it easy to find everything in one spot (reviews, social media posting, etc.) which maximizes our potential to reach out to clients and future customers.
