Ease of Use and one stop shop!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it’s a one stop shop for all I need to do! Love that is has AI review capabilities as well
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t love the mobile app. It is not as easy to use/log into

Solving posting to multiple social accounts from one stop, as well as scheduling posts. Also helps me save time with having all reviews under one umbrella

Soci makes it easy to schedule content across multiple locations and platforms with a centralized calendar. I can queue up campaigns well in advance, and the bulk scheduling feature is a major time-saver. Posts go out reliably, and platform-specific tweaks are straightforward.
Content Library
The shared content library is especially useful for multi-location teams. It allows our corporate and local teams to pull from pre-approved content that aligns with brand guidelines, which helps us stay consistent without being repetitive. It's also a great resource for evergreen content.
Brand Compliance Controls
One of Soci’s strongest features is its focus on brand protection. It gives corporate teams tight control over messaging and creative assets, while still allowing localized customization. This balance is critical for businesses with many locations or franchises.

The reporting dashboard provides valuable insights at both a high level and per location. The limited ability to customize ads, things that need to have high level of customizationis difficult

Bringing more residents to the Community Centers
Very smooth and intuitive interface

It makes scheduling multiple social media post through multiple platforms for multiple locations a breeze

Sometimes it doesn’t detect that I am unchecking certain platforms, for example on checking Facebook or TikTok for a scheduled message. It will schedule those messages anyways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is able to consolidate all of my locations in one place and make scheduling multiple posts very easy. Also, it’s able to provide great analytics for our social media performance all in one place.
Amazing service!
What do you like best about the product?
It’s so easy to use! Being able to link directly to my Canva account is so nice! I can schedule my entire month and forget about it. It’s amazing!

I wish it was easier to mark spam messages and it not count against your engagement score.

It puts all of my social media accounts in one location so I don’t have to use multiple apps.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the biggest things I love about SOCi is that it excels in providing a comprehensive "all-in-one" marketing software solution. After using this platform for a couple of years, I've come to appreciate how it enables users to view data from social media and Google. The social media content scheduler is robust - editing and scheduling are a breeze. Finally, the review management portion is a lifesaver - responding to multiple reviews with well-crafted AI responses that sound real. Heck yeah! Overall, I believe this product is a valuable addition to any agency, and I will undoubtedly incorporate this program into my career.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, but I would like to explore how bulk social media scheduling can be implemented at a higher level.
