Huge Time-Saver, Easy to Use and Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how SOCi lets us schedule several posts simultaneously. The integration with Canva streamlines content creation, and the ability to add first comments is a great time-saving feature as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain limitations with the response features that mean we have to visit the platform itself to reply to responses on our posts. When we try to do this within SOCi, it ends up posting as a separate reply to our own post instead of replying directly to the original response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi has made it much easier for us to manage several social media platforms in an efficient and strategic way. It helps us save a significant amount of time and ensures that everything stays well organized.

What do you like best about the product?
With this tool, you can easily schedule an entire month's social media posts all in one place. The interface is very user-friendly, making the process straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I haven't found anything to dislike. I wouldn't categorize any aspect as a negative.

All of our online presence is managed and maintained through Soci.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the user-friendly interface and the clear organization of everything, which makes navigation straightforward. The AI feature for responding to reviews is also a great addition, as it streamlines the process and makes everything feel quick and seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how once you are in the report page you cant seem to get back to the home screen. At least I'm not sure how to do it.

Having all our reviews organized in a single location makes it much easier to manage, and coordinating the social media calendar has become more streamlined as a result.

It makes scheduling our posts super easy for the week

That I can schedule posts for the entire month in an. organized and organic way
What do you dislike about the product?
The option to select whether I want the post to be AM or PM is confusing, because when I click it, the other one turns darker, so I always get confused with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To create multiple posts for the month, I can utilize already-made templates. If I don't have the time to create something on my own, this platform has a library full of templates, allowing me to always have posts ready to go for the month.

What do you like best about the product?
The calendar view to lay out my posts in an organized manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not intuitive for me. I don't understand many of the features even after looking through the help section.
I have to have approval even for corporate suggested posts. It seems like if corporate is suggesting them, they'd be pre-approved.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to have store level social media accounts that previously we weren't allowed to have. Because it give corporate a way to monitor and approve what content is being shared, we can have social media pages.
SOCI is great and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
The SOCI app is so convenient and easy to use. We've trained multiple users and they all pick up the software so quickly. Being able to schedule post in advance helps us stay ahead and keep us organized.

The only downfall is that not all features on the desk top are available on the phone app.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is extremely straightforward and easy to use. With a single dashboard, we can post to multiple platforms all at once, which makes the process effortless. We simply add our content and move on. I also appreciate having a representative I can reach out to if any issues arise. We incorporate it into our daily marketing strategy, and my entire team is comfortable using it. Thank you, SOCi!
