Great all inclusive product
What do you like best about the product?
this product allows me to take care of all my social media needs in one place.

the password generator was frustrationg.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has been great for scheduling posts for our social media accounts. Very user friendly and easily navigatable. We have tried other platforms, and SOCi is by far the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
The website is not very visually appealing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love getting emails when we have received a review, and it is very helpful to be able to respond to those reviews right on the platform.
Makes things so convenient!

I love the convenience of it and the service. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I have enjoyed the transition with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes responses for reviews that need further review can take a little bit of time, but they are remedying this process.

I work with a smaller company so they maintain our social media and our reviews. Have been very useful!

nice social aggregator, allows scheduling posts across multiple platforms

a bit extraneous to navigate, sites tend to become unlinked and require maintenance too often

The ability to manage accounts and listings for all of our franchisees.

Customer service when it comes to issues with the product and higher pricing compared to competitors.

SOCi allows us to manage all listings at the corporate level for our franchisees.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi make managing the social and reputation for multiple business locations easy. The platform is quick to be learned and there is lots of training support. SOCi provides countless features that make posting seamless and worry-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the customer service was a little more hands on. We had some troubles with reps and turn over internally that squashed the relationship for a bit. Now we are working to rebuild.

SOCi is solving our problems when it comes to review response management, social media scheduling and content posting, analytics, and multi-location marketing.

I like the app feature from the phone to be able to do individualized posts and have access to create future posts throughout the month.

Sometimes posts don't go through and trying to figure out why an account disconnects can be confusing at times.
