Good for those who don't have much Digital Marketing experience.
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is housed in 1 spot which makes things really convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The capabilities seem limited. For example, management of the GMBs are still limited and require us to get client management access anyway so it's almost like double work to connect it and then still have to go into Google Profile Management for some items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It houses most things in 1 place.

What do you like best about the product?
You can market across several social media platforms and set to post on dates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't dislike anything. I think it's great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to market and brand myself as a real estate agent without having to reinvent the wheel.
Not super user friendly

I like that I can schedule post with advanced dates.

This platform is not easy to use to make changes to our website. Customer Service is not very helpful either, they keep referring us back to our district rep and vise versa, just a run around to get answers.

After months of back and forth, just got the issues of not receiving email notifications solved.

I love the scheduler! It makes posting at peak times/spaced out a breeze.

Soci is giving us time back in our day to focus on face to face interactions vs manually managing content!

I have no concerns, it's been a smooth experience from the start and I haven't had to lift a finger!

It allows me to present a consistent social media presence on LinkedIn and generate activity on my LI profile

I used soci frecuently to post my resident events on social media and I asked the residents if they see the invitation and the answer is usually no

creating a conection with our residents
Soci is very helpful!
What do you like best about the product?
I like using the Soci platform because it allows me to schedule posts to my own convience. My favorite feature is the "library" feature because I can see suggested posts based on Themes or Holidays.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using the Ad feature can be tricky because sometimes when running "Hiring Ads" they get denied by Facebook because that falls under a "Special Ad" category. I would like to be able to toggle or edit the suggested Ads on Soci

Soci allows me to schedule posts for various dates which helps me focus on other job responsibilities.
Posts are great but not personalized nor targeted enough.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that SoCi can easily schedule posts on our behalf. It is a powerful tool to have at our disposal. I love being able to manage socials all from one space.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the rep on our account was not very helpful at first. She says our emails were going to spam, but we had sent so many. It would have been great if these emails had been caught sooner in order to have more posts scheduled. Another thing is that I don't feel the posts are personalized enough. I suppose that it's hard to understand the market we are in, epecially given that our business model is very unique. But it would be amazing if the posts weren't simply stock images and a general caption.

Posting for all our properties, saving us time

It's not solving any problems, I'm using it because I HAVE to pay for it anyway through neighborly so I might as well but I sometimes go directly to my social media platforms to post
