What do you like best about the product?
The reps I have spoken to have been very helpful. They followed up just as they said they would and helped me solve my problem.

I don't have any complaints at this time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to manage multiple social media and ILS platforms all in one place while being able to use them frequently to handle resident reviews. The integration with our programs was easy, team implementation was fast, and the support we received from the customer success team was extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not anything I dislike about SOCi at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Responding to reviews promptly and utilizing the AI portion to respond in the best way possible.

Appreciate the ease of use and straightfoward UI of SOCi

What do you like best about the product?
I own one of the Neighborly franchise brands and they have partnered with SOCi to help manage our social media platforms and integrate between the national marketing efforts and our local marketing through posts, pictures, and content. I appreciate the SOCi lets me see at a glance what is scheduled and help to better plan out what get's put out and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
SOCi does have a learning curve, much like all software, and while I appreciate the features that I am using, I'm sure that I'm not using it to it's fullest potential!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all of our social media platforms.

Great central location for all things notifications

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI takes all of my social media and other platforms and puts it in a singular location and updates me whenever I have a notification of review or we are mentioned. It allows me the ease of responding in the platform rather than going into the specific platform. That makes it so easy for me and saves me time.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is more user error than anything but sometimes I write a response and forget and press populate and it automatically populates a response over the one I had just written and I have to write it all over again. Again, this is my error but I wish the button was not right there next to the publish button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings everything under one roof and allows me to watch everything in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes marketing easy. While my background is in social media marketing, it can be time consuming. There are multi-platform options that reduce the time you'll spend on marketing so you can spend the rest of your time doing your job!
What do you dislike about the product?
No main dislikes! I need to get more involved with it, but right now it seems pretty straight forwad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time manageement for sure !

What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to automate some content in between intentional social media efforts. A useful extra tool in the toolbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Content can feel a bit "spammy", no local options, & not always optimized for individual platforms. But generally a great tool for what it is, great platform design overall. And also looks very professional!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping maintain consistent social presence and ease of cross-posting.

What do you like best about the product?
It auto-posts relevant content to our FB page every day. It's a great way to add some extra to our organic posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the posts get little to no engagement. Funny ones or ones that ask folks to drop an answer or comment below get a lot more. More need to be like that to foster engagement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It posts content every day and, since we don't post orgnically every day, it's helpful for filling in those gaps.
