SOCi Experience
What do you like best about the product?
So far SOCi has been great. My favorite feature has been the AI generated response. Each response sounds more personalized to each review and it makes responding quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not explored it enough to find something that i dislike that much. It takes longer to get the the reviews than I would like but I don’t mind it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s is helping us with our SEO. This will ultimately help us drive more business to our store.

This tool allows me to showcase exactly what I want customers to see for my individual store. It gives me the opportunity to promote my store and remind customers of our presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
You having to do each day separately instead of picking the coupon then highlighted the days

What do you like best about the product?
The communication and professionalism of the replies.

Sometimes replies from Soci after my input/comments takes a couple of days to be responded to.

Improving Online Reputation Score and Creating Social Media posts that are more professional and adaptive to current property profile.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. AI generated responses. Shows reviews for all 50 of our locations

It's hard to get help when needed. We still have 9065 and 9082 linked as the same store.

There is lots of helpful information, that is easy to access and understand. The dashboard shows a quick snapshot!

I have no complaints with SOCi! There is assistance available if I ever need it.

Easy access to all Social Media accounts and business reviews! I love the ease of seeing reviews and the notifications!

SOCI handles posting to social media, scheduling, and analyzing all of my information for me. I find it easy to use.

I love how well things are organized and that I am given the option to schedule posts months ahead.

I would like to see a breakdown of reach vs engagement. How are the numbers calculated? Weekly, daily, bi-weekly, etc.

I love that Soci provides the option for AI generated posts. These AI generated posts help to make FB and Instagram posts more exciting and relatable.

Managing the social media presence for several properties becomes much simpler with this tool.

I love that I am able to schedule my post ahead of time for several sites. It saves a lot of time from constantly posting manually and from coming up with original prompts and captions every day. I was able to add all of our social media accounts into the app. I upload two weeks of content to SOCi at a time and it post on time to all of our pages.

I wish SOCi looked a little cleaner. The layout is a bit messy.

SOCi makes sure that we are able to market our units swiftly and efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI has made it easy for me to consistently post across all my social media platforms. The system is intuitive and extremely user-friendly. I highly recommend their services.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main concern I've heard is that various social media platforms may not prioritize posts made through third-party tools. Despite this, I personally haven't noticed any difference in engagement when I schedule posts on Facebook compared to posting directly on the platform.

This tool saves me time and ensures my messages are consistently sent out, which has helped increase my brand awareness and has even led to new business opportunities.
