Great features, seems to be buggy
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you have so much control of how you want things to be posted. Also it is very nice to give our teams canva built in. I wish there was more API advancements like music add ons and such.
What do you dislike about the product?
The constant bugs or things de linking. Or when new updates rollout we dont know about them till last minute. Also sometimes posts take awhile to post from their scheduled time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working on adding more permissions to give different users different controls.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to navigate and schedule posts. It also makes it a lot easier to ensure your content follows brand standards because each has to get approved by someone on our marketing team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs more features added to Facebook so that we can do content mixes, join groups from SoCi, and eliminate the need to get the page owner to do things natively.

SOCi allows us to seamlessly post content to multiple channels which saves us a lot of time and effort.

What do you dislike about the product?
I noticed that when I try to schedule a post with multiple photos i dont get to correct the images before being posted to instragram when they're not within instagrams diments so the photos get cut off. I also noticed when i schedule a post with multiple photos, it doesnt post them all across all platforms, it shows on facebook but only posts the first photo on instragram and LinkedIn as well. I'd been meaning to reach out about that.

Being able to make simple posts across multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI's listing tool makes it so easy to manage our NAP info across the web. What use to take hours, now only takes minutes, and our SEO has never been better.

I wish the listing service was integrated with apple maps.

Trying to update lising info for 160 locations and SOCI makes it easy.

I love the ease of use, it is extremely user friendly and helps you seamlessly post to multiple platforms, while still seeming individualistic.

Honestly I haven't found anything I've been unsatisfied with, they are constantly improving though!
