The team screwed up the dates that I requested our store be closed permanently TWICE. So we lost online sales because of it. Poor attention to detail

What do you like best about the product?
I love the frequency and level of quality of all the daily posts from SOCi. I wish I would have known about this over a year ago! The product integrates so well with my social media accounts and it's easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to add some back information and hashtags in a template that would be added to every post i.e. my company name #CURAHTravel

Streamlined Review Management with Room for Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate SOCi for consolidating everything in one place, making it much easier to manage reviews promptly. The AI-generated response feature also stands out, even though I've only used it a few times. It's very beneficial for someone like me with significant responsibilities and limited time, ensuring that important tasks like responding to reviews are handled efficiently. I love that SOCi has made my job a lot easier by reducing the time I spend on managing reviews and sending notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the reviewing of reviews process a bit limited with SOCi, as it only shows the top 10 reviews on the home page and if I have multiple locations only seeing the top 10 is a bit limiting. With 24 locations, I would love to have a feature where I can see more reviews or have a dropdown menu to select specific locations for a detailed review in the home page itself. There might be a way to do this that I'm not aware of, which could be an educational gap on my part. Moreover, I think the initial dashboard could benefit from allowing users to customize their Home Screen to what Intel benefits them most. It would be extremely helpful if the dashboard could be tailored with widgets or features specific to my needs, such as being able to drop down per location and scroll through historical reviews as mentioned earlier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can respond to negative reviews faster, with all reviews consolidated in one place, simplifying updates like phone changes. SOCi handles multi-location management efficiently and saves time, crucial for my role with significant responsibilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps me with online postings and adding personalized information for our store. Also, love the AI rewrite feature for when I’m in a hurry to set some things up for the week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not ran into anything I dislike at the moment.

This tool has made it easier to share updates and announcements with our local community, including information about upcoming events and changes at our store. It helps us reach more people in our area and keep everyone informed.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes it easy to manage all my social media accounts, reviews, and business listings from one dashboard. It seriously saves time and keeps things organized.
I really like how I can customize content by location but still keep a consistent brand voice. Perfect if you’re managing multiple locations or franchises.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not the easiest platform to learn at first. There’s a lot going on in the dashboard, and it can feel overwhelming if you’re new.
In the other hand, the mobile version or app doesn’t have the same functionality as desktop. Would love more flexibility when I’m on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest problems SOCi has helped solve for me is the chaos of managing multiple locations and platforms. Before SOCi, we were constantly jumping between different tools — logging into separate social media accounts, monitoring reviews manually, and trying to keep up with inconsistent branding across locations. It was honestly exhausting and really inefficient.

SOCi has centralized everything. I can now manage all our social media posts, respond to reviews, update listings, and track performance — all in one place. It’s cut down a ton of time and made it way easier to keep our messaging consistent while still allowing for location-specific customization.

The review management part has also been a game changer. Instead of digging through each platform separately to respond to feedback, SOCi pulls it all into one dashboard. That means we can reply faster, catch trends, and just stay more connected to what customers are actually saying about us.

On top of that, the analytics and reporting features give me real data to work with, which helps with decision-making. I’m not just guessing what’s working anymore — I can see it.

Overall, SOCi has helped us be more efficient, stay more consistent, and engage better with our audience — especially across multiple locations. It’s taken a lot of the manual stress off my plate.

What do you like best about the product?
Takes care of posting social media and the ability to plan ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to post in the moment due to pending approval. Thus is difficult for events or situations that would benefit instant post.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive and easy to manage multiple locations, pages and groups. I like the additional AI and reporting features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Platform access/connection issues can be annoying, but understandable. I would like to see more advanced AI capabilities - detailed recommendations, deeper insights, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing pages for 70+ locations across different platforms would not be possible at this level without a tool like SOCi.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am provided content from ACE Hardware corporation to use for social media. I also like how I can link my Google reviews to SoCi to address them all in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
I think SOCi is INCREDIBLY hard to navigate and figure out - and I've been using it for 4 years. I am not a fan of how it works/runs. There are so many obnoxious things that really frustrate me. For instance, scheduling posts directly through Business Suite (Meta) is much easier than SOCi. Creating rules for review notifications is incredibly difficult to figure out/understand.
