A great all-in-one social media management tool

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi's integration with major platforms makes it extremely simple to post across multiple social media accounts at once. I particularly love the ability to schedule posts into the future, freeing up my time to focus on my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things across the website are more complicated and require looking through the help section to fully understand. But that's to be expected of such a feature-rich package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small business, I do not have the time to keep up with all of the social media posting needed to promote my business. SOCi makes it easy to post across multiple platforms all at once.

What do you like best about the product?
I find that SOCi has been wonderful for recieving and replying to reviews. It also provides a great overall dashboard to get a full picture of your current reputation and how to improve the metrics.

I find I do use this a few times a week and get a good amount of data and understanding from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
When scheduling posts in SOCi, I do feel like I get quite a few "failed post" notifications from failed scheduled posts. This makes it difficult to stay consistent with social media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi does a great job helping with boosting our ORM.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi gives you a clear calendar of all scheduled posts. It is easy to schedule posts in advance, and see the interaction from clients. Easy how-to guides and customer training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a downside that I have found so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing to post to multiple social media all at one time and on my schedule.

I love the ability to plan content across multiple platforms from one dashboard, saving me valuable time. I haven't found any dislikes yet. Still testing. But more pros than cons at the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
Their genius product that allows us to respond to reviews, has been most impactful for our portfolio.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product has been buggy and we've run into several issues along the way, when we have reported problems it has sometimes taken forever to resolve and requires tons of follow up to their team. We don't feel like a valued partner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple social media platforms, management of review responses, and ensuring consistency across our brand.

It manages itself... I can see what's going to be posted and edit it of I want, but its not required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the images have been of outdated models.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci is a great resource to use for a social media plan! It's user friendly and saves me a lot of time!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little hard to figure out and connect a business Facebook profile but once you do it's so useful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's automating my social media while still allowing me to keep it personal

What do you like best about the product?
Good analytics, easy to add social media accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface could be a bit more user friendly ie: instead of 'schedule a post' ; have 'create a post' then work on scheduling.
It would be easier to use if on it's own app. I have to log into the company portal to use it.

Using SOCI helps simplify scheduling my social media posts.

Being that im not well versed i technical support, it was Very easy to understand.

I wish it was all complied on one page .

It gets the company views
